I received top notch service from this company at a decent price. They arrived on time on the moving date, worked fast and also were very kind. And there were no additional payment requests etc.

I was initially worried given some of the reviews , but Grigor was excellent. He was a huge help with the heavy lifting and although he was 90minutes late, he kept me up to date with his movements. I also expected him to be late as many reviews indicated this happened to them. If we move again I would use LMV.

Didn't actually use the service at the end, as I booked for a van online and didn't get any confirmation. Only took me to call them 3 days later to know that they have no availabilities on the day I booked. Refund came through fast though.

Please consider notifying the customer next time.

They are the worst man&van services I've ever used. If my friend is planning to move, I would strongly discourage to use them.

There was no call to reconfirm my move till the day.

To be fair, probably it is depends on who was assigned to your job. I had 2 men for my move. It was super slow moving out to begin with. There was a lift but they spent so long getting things out. It looked very inefficient and unprofessional too. Then we run out of the time when we arrived to the destination. We had to pay extra (114 pounds) to extend the job.

But their work was still very slow, chatting and moving light things first unless we asked them to move furnitures first.

Then one of the drivers picks a fight with our new neighbour and worked really slowly complaining his feelings were hurt. Finally we end up moving most of the stuff by ourselves up the stairs. I've moved more that 10 times in mylife but it was the worst moving experience EVER. Just remembering the experience made my blood boil.

EDIT: aggressive reply on Trustpilot accusing the customer of talking about the wrong company (after 'searching' for a username!) is another red flag. Used the Trustpilot link they provided with their emails and have supplied details of the booking.

I used this company two consecutive days and it all went very well. No surprises. Both Jan and Gregory did a quick and professional job. I would use again.

Great price. Timely service. However was quite unimpressed with the service on the day. I paid for an additional person to help move our things. We had a relatively small amount for a house move but the mover complained about how heavy the boxes were (we had no furniture apart from a bed frame I carried downstairs beforehand to help out). In the end I helped move the boxes as well (was planning not to as my back isn't great) as I felt quite uncomfortable. There were no thank yous and I just felt pretty let down by the overall experience.

My thanks to Tomek and Karol who did an excellent job! Quick and efficient service. Came on time. Worked fast and politely. The van which was sent was even bigger than the one I booked. So, this was the move one would call hussle-free.

Very disappointing service! Not only were they 1.5 hrs late, but then they moaned & wined the whole time. I booked two men so that I didn’t have to do the lifting, sadly that didn’t happen as one of them was on the phone the entire time!

Have called & emailed twice to complain & ive not even heard back from them!

First time using LMV but a very pleasant one! Tomek and Karol gave an outstanding performance. And believe me, second floor, victorian building without a lift and a lot of heavy carrying! Professional service and exactly as expected. No quibbles! Very impressed!

This company needs more office personnel - they rarely answer phones and are difficult to get hold of. However, they are a cost effective and reliable service. The two chaps who moved me on Friday were polite, friendly and hard working. And they were so careful with my belongings, securing everything in the truck and taking regular photos - Jan and Ralph are to be highly commended on their work ethic, really good guys, highly recommended.

Tomas and Karl were very professional, fast and efficient. I have used this company a few times before and they always provided excellent service. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Tomasz and Karol greatly supported us with moving. All was done on time, with full commitment, very professional! The whole movement was very stressful hence it was great to receive that good quality service.
