I moved from one office building in London to another in the City. Marcin is extremely helpful, quick and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Marcin turned up on time as requested and if I ever need to move again, I will be using LMV again. Great job Marcin!

I recently had a horrible experience using the London Man-Van. First, the booking system did not work properly. I tried booking a medium van and the website showed full availability for the selected date and time. I pre-paid and the booking was confirmed and afterwards got cancelled. I attempted re-booking for alternative dates and times and the same problem occurred over 10 times. I had to call the team and found out that they did not have the medium van available for that date and time so I need to book a large van. After attempting to book that (again shown as available on the website), my booking again got cancelled for the same reason and I was told I need to pay more to book an extra large van (which I know regret doing as the problems continued on the day). I estimated that the van driver and my partner will need 15 min to load and unload the van. The loading took 15 min with the van driver doing less than half of the work and mostly supporting with keeping doors open and holding the lift. I also estimated the drive between my old flat and my new flat will take 30 min as per GPS estimates. I took a taxi to get to my new flat first and there was not traffic so I got there for 20 minutes. The van driver got there after over an hour and 10 minutes even though he left shortly after me (when that happened I checked the traffic on my phone as I found that extremely odd and there was no traffic still). When he started unloading my belongings he was even less helpful than at the beginning and again my partner carried most of the things. He kept on saying he needs to be paid extra for the extra time the process took, even though he was just lingering around holding doors and not carrying most of the items. In the end, I had to tell him I no longer need his help as he was just standing there not contributing (my partner had to carry my desk - the only large item - all by himself), whilst I was being reminded I need to pay for the extra half hour (which he lost under suspicious circumstances during the drive - or perhaps the other half hour when he was just standing around). Initially he told me I need to pay £20 for the extra half hour. When I paid that he asked me to pay £20 more on top of that. I said I want a detailed breakdown of what the charges include as that is unacceptable and becoming very suspicious. He called his boss whilst walking around my new flat with shoes on but there was no connection. I asked whether he could leave and send me an online receipt as I want to start unpacking and settling in but he refused to go until his colleague got on the phone with me. The colleague was extremely rude when I asked for a breakdown of the costs and started raising his voice at me. At that point I decided to pay and be done with it. I definitely do not recommend this service to anyone, it is clearly designed to rip you off and the team are doing everything within their power to do things slowly and delay you so that they can get paid more.

Delayed arrival, but despite this, the service delivered was excellent.
The two workers were efficient, customer friendly, and flexible.
The service was excellent value for money considering the cost.

Horrible, my driver/mover was supposed to be here 12:30pm today. I’ve been waiting for an hour and no phone no message, I keep calling the company no one answers the phone.

Someone named CJ then called me at about 1:50pm and said they driver was delayed by the previous customers (but why no one contacted me earlier?). CJ said the driver would be here at 3pm the latest but it’s 3:07pm now and I’m still waiting! No sign of the driver, nor CJ replied my messages. This company is crap in its operation and very unprofessional in my opinion! If you can’t do it don’t say you can! Could I get a refund in such a situation? It’s causing me and my friend waiting on the other side a lot of trouble. We have to reschedule everything. When I asked CJ if we could push back to later tonight. He said they did not have driver tonight. I’m sure the driver/company would want to fix their mistakes if they are willing.

Wojtek & Waldek were amazing. They work hard and make the job easier. Skilled and very professional.

Great man and van services at a great price. I paid 2 hours for £150 with one man who helped load and unload. My man was very friendly and considerate of my belongings, taking care to be efficient but care with items. Arrived on time and finished on time too. Very happy with this service, will be using and recommending in the future for sure.

Alex and his partner were excellent. They carefully packed all my boxes— nothing was damaged in the move. When my couch didn't fit at my new flat, they were also able to help with the last minute removal. Definitely will use this team again!

All was done in time and with a professional attitude. And most important my advice also was taken into account for moving the boxes. I would recommend this service to anyone and will use it very soon again.

Paid a premium price as reviews seemed good but unfortunately van was around 2 hours late which was awkward as had arranged pick up across London and had to loiter around until they came. In the end the men were very helpful and were late due to a previous overrun and traffic but the lateness messed up my schedule.

Had an excellent experience start to finish! The team (Chris & Che) were communicative, friendly, professional and super efficient which made the whole moving process as pain/ stress free as possible! Highly recommend for any removal services.
