London Graphic Centre Avis 

I ordered a few items from LGC and was informed days after I placed the order that the items were in fact out of stock because the website doesn't get updated often. I requested replacements for two items, which was accepted. Then, again, on the day of the delivery, I received another email to say that one of the items was out of stock. I received no warning, and the lateness of the notifications both times made me think that the order was being processed with no issue. This is sneaky and unprofessional. I want to avoid buying from large coorporations and have the desire to support smaller local business but LGC are making this very hard. I simply cannot trust them and can see that the same thing has happened to others also, so this isn't a fluke.

Good range and delighted to find LGC selling the individual pens I wanted. Delivered quickly, would recommend LGC.

Most of what I ordered arrived well packed and in good time, however, one item was withdrawn from the order; yellow ochre watercolour paint, which is to my mind a basic artists colour and should have been in stock.

I bought an electronic eraser and some A5 paper.
They are both very good quality and the eraser was about £10 cheaper than where I was first looking.
Everything arrived on time which was 4 days on a 3 to 5 day,I could have had faster delivery if I paid . Very pleased and I would recommend.

Ridiculous time to get the item to me You should consider a better carrier

First time I’ve ordered from the Graphics centre. It said despatched and then got another email saying some of the items were out of stock which was disappointing. They did the refund without any problems. Apparently they don’t have a live system so when ordering you don’t know if you’ll get everything.

A bit of a delay with part of my order but Zoe from LGC was amazing and kept me informed throughout. Everything else went smoothly. Will definitely buy again!

Yes,a first class experience from London Graphic Centre. The friendliest, helpful company I’ve ever used. They remind me how customer service used to be 30yrs ago. Not only was the customer service great but the delivery was also very speedy.

The products arrived quickly and were neatly packaged

I bought the Iris Circle drawing device. It's a brilliant product, easy to use and very well made. Although expensive I think it is worth the money. Delivery was speedy and efficient. My product was safely packaged to prevent damage and arrived promptly.

I recently bought some pencils and other stationery items from the London Graphic Centre. I am extremely impressed with their customer service. Such a kind and helpful lady, when I called, followed up with a supportive, prompt email.
Highly recommend this company, refreshing to find such outstanding customer service still exists out there.

Excellent customer service! I had a problem with my delivery, entirely of my own making but the issue was resolved graciously and successfully. The online store has a good range of products and the prices are very competitive, much cheaper than Amazon in my case (Daz modelling clay). I will be ordering from here again.

Paid for next working day delivery and was initially let down by the courier. Zoe was patient, understanding and helpful while I had a meltdown at her over something that was outside of our control. Certainly whatever she said to them worked as the driver was made to come back with my delivery.
