for the love of god, please do not use these people. I used them when I was 18 to start building my credit score, and what a mistake that was. you are forced to do the full period you entered, and if you try to leave early they give you fees on YOUR money to withdraw, and also DESTROYS your credit score for upto 5 years. I had it for over a year, and i wanted to take it out but they threaten you with the missed payments so you dont leave. I guess they thought nobody would make a review about it like i am right now...

im now 22 yearsold and i still have those 2 missed payments on my credit history which destroys my credit score... literally the only thing on my score keeping me down. I wouldve been better off never joining them!

Since joining loqbox it has helped improve my credit score, which was difficult to do on my own.

Whom it may concern . Logbox put me in a membership by default. I was looking for a loan , I don't recall sign up to logbox membership. When I applied for loan,I did not even get the loan. It seems it a credit agency claim they give reports and help with loan . I don't want this service I am not aware of it , Next few days examples 14 days logbox bill me £20.00 I wrote them to cancel membership I don't need them and refunded my money 🤑💰 but ignore me it more than 8 months now and Logbox still have me as existed membership I don't want , and still billing me even when I remove from my bank access. They now put me on my credit file of owing them money £34.00 if logbox see this message because I now stretched my limits there is no contact phone number to reach them and I have to let the public know now I need help and going to to write trading standards associates to help me to remove logbox as membership and refund money they taken and cleaned my credit file and stop bullying me to pay membership fee when I don't want their services.public be aware I felt scam and they don't have contact number and don't respond to their email either 😔😔😔😔 😡😡😡😡😡😡 for reference Simone Simms contact number 07517436136

Great way to increase your credit score and save for a rainy day

I found this incredibly useful for building credit score and having some extra cash at the end, also knowing I could close this at anytime. However not closing it and completing this I’m sure will help my credit score.
The only issue was after cashing out on my last payment I had no confirmation email sent which made me slightly anxious as not having that receipt started making me wonder if my money was safe.
I gave feedback on this, and the company seems to have listened and sound like they are eventually going to update there system to send that confirmation email receipt on times of how long it takes to land in your bank etc finding this in the app wasn’t very clear for me. As once I cashed out I was unable to find my payment history etc as it reset.

Overall a good companies and yes it costs money monthly but your paying them for the service of helping you to better your credit score. For younger people unlike myself this is a great way to prove you can pay things on time. It will reduce your score at first as you are taking out a new line of credit. But move forward to once the account is settled your credit building journey begins.
