Closed my account in April and since…
Closed my account in April and since closure (which they have confirmed in writing, they have proceeded to continue to take money from my bank account as early as 3 weeks ago. When contacting them I have received no response to 4 messages over a 3 week period. Poor customer service and zero accountability and ignoring messages when they have illegally taken money from my account. I'm sure I will receive another message from them after this review on trust pilot asking them to contact the same email address that I already have done 3 times with no response.

STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT SET UP A MEMBERSHIP. Ive had the membership for a yeah and a half. They increased the price with 0 clarification. Their customer service team is a joke. Its a scam. Its over priced and for what you get? Its pointless. The only option thats decent is the save membership. Also, bw warned. If you want to close your account, you will be charged for a full month. Yes.. you can have the gold bolt on for a number of days and then cancel and they'll still charge you £20 for the full month. DO NOT BUY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, OVER CHARGE YOU AND GIVE YOU MINIMAL BENEFIT!
