I just find it an easy way to save sone money and increase my credit score for the important things in life.

Absolutely awful experience — avoid

I signed up with Loqbox because I wanted to improve my credit score. Unfortunately, the experience ended up doing the complete opposite.

Getting my money out was unnecessarily difficult, and I they made me sign up for additional things I didn’t want. When I eventually withdrew my money and closed the account, I discovered that I was still being charged for something I wasn’t aware I had signed up for.

What made the situation even worse was that these charges apparently resulted in three missed payments being recorded on my credit history before I realised what was happening. I originally joined specifically to build a better credit score, and instead I ended up with damage to my credit record.

Overall, I found the whole experience extremely frustrating and would not recommend Loqbox.

LOQBOX, ia a app easy to use and friendly, good wayof saving mondey.

Its a good way to save and build your credit score at the same time.

I started saving with loqbox a while now and I have found the experience very helpful.Not only do they safely lock your money away for rainy days but they also keep an eye on your creditscore.So if you are looking for a large purchase like a mortgage fpr example,you open up a save or few saves and get set up for that large purchase while your credit is being monitored.

***With regards to Loqbox reply...i will not submit personal information via this website as Loqbox is all to do with Credit, Credit Reference Agencies and i believe this is irresponsible to ask me to do so. I cannot see on Trustpilot where i can upload photos of the demands when you log in.

I can however upload photos to Google and also on a website i could create for them if they wish.

With regards to the demand for payment Popup in RED as you log in, it states and i quote - "Your Loqbox Grow can be closed as soon as you've paid the outstanding balance. Please make your payment now to avoid damaging your credit score". With a nice big red box saying "Make Payment".

As stated below, my payment is not even due.

I signed up for Loqbox Grow with the full credit amount and have been making payments on time of around £35. I saw two months where my credit score went up by around 28 points and then as i continued to make payments, no more improvements in my credit score the following months.
I have decided to close the account due to other reasons and almost as soon as i had decided to close the account and downgrade the service to free, when i log in, there are demands for immediate payments of the last balance of around £6. The demands state i if i do not pay immediately it will damage my credit report. So although when you are paying monthly and have the account open, they are happy. When you close the account, immediate payment and threats are made to recover the £6 even though it is two weeks away from my usual payment date. Demands are highlighted all over the account in bright red. Loqbox are acting more like a Debt Collection Agency. As such, i cannot recommend this company and if they damage my credit reference before the balance is actually due and i clear the £6, i will need to seek further advice and look at placing reviews across other platforms.

I don't like it

User beware, closing your account apparently means you’ll incur 2 additional months of fees that will destroy any marginal improvements to your credit score.

Borderline malicious behaviour.

Easy to use to save monthly and to withdraw in an Emergency.

I have been waiting over a month for security to get back to me no one gets back in touch with me about what going on can't make any payments as my account is on hold and frozen and I am worried about my credit score. I have four accounts and my accounts have been blocked because I have four accounts and it does not say anywhere on the website you can have or not . There have closed my change card down and keep the loan open but I still can't pay them and can't close accounts down. And I am now worried about my credit score and how it going to effect my credit as I can't make payments no flaut of my own. This is the loqbox and any help from the team would be appreciated
