Dont know where this company comes from out of the blue they want to charge me when I can search for free with Google i have sent this fraud company details to trading standards police citizens advice bureau and my MP so they dont con other people Loqbox

Absolutely disgusting customer services, I have had a pretty awful time recently, with postpartum, identity theft, a death close in my family, my relationship coming to an end, my baby starting teething and having to go through it alone. So because I had to close my cards my payment to this scammy company didn't go through, I was not aware of this because their emails went into junk mail and because of everything going on i forgot I even had an account set up with them, they dont send text reminders to tell you a payment failed, they rely solely on email which is not infallible, the first time I became aware of a problem was when clearscore told me they were going to hurt my creditscore on the next update, that's when I remembered they existed and I was paying them to help my credit score, you get nothing from them, no actual credit, you pay them to help your creditscore, thats it. So I contacted them to explain everything I was going through and how I have had to leave my jobs because of my partner leaving and having to go on benefits for which I am not yet even in receipt of my first payment, only for email after email to be completely ignored despite them saying they reply within 24 hours on a weekday, days and days later they respond with hi, what seems to be the problem?, to which i responded, I have literally already laid it out for you multiple times, which was then ignored again. They hurt my creditscore almost 100 points when I've only just begun recovering from the financial abuse my ex put me through to the point of bankruptcy and they have absolutely no compassion to even acknowledge the missed payment was a complete accident and I paid it and the due payment immediately upon finding out even though it literally took food out of mine and my daughter's mouths to do so, not to mention this is the second time I've used loqbox and this time round you have to pay them ridiculously more for them to help you as much as they used to because they now have add ons because paying them for doing absolutely nothing before wasn't enough for them; they pretend they have loaned you money without actually loaning you money so its not like they have any capital at risk, just a greedy, scammy, scummy company that doesnt give a damn that they have contributed to the mental harm already inflicted on a person in a fragile state of mind.
