Niezrozumiae warunki działania, przymusowe konto w Santander Bank
Niezrozumiae warunki działania! Dowiedziałam sie w aplikacji do sprawdzania score, ze posiadam 2 konta loqbox a nie jeden mimo , że otworzyłam tylko 1. Aby niezadowolony klient mògl odzyskać zgromadzone srodki na koncie musi obowiązkowo założyć nowe konto w banku Santander! Inaczej odzyska tylko 80 %. Zalozenie konta obniza score kredytowy! Zamiast mi pomoc podwyzszyc score, moj score spadl o wiele punktow! Nie polecam!!!!!

We’re sorry to hear that the way our service and redemption options work was not clear. Please note that our Member Support team can only provide assistance in English, but we would be happy to clarify your concerns.
Opening a Santander account is not compulsory. Members can redeem their savings in full and free of charge through one of our partner banks, which may involve opening a new account. Alternatively, they can use Flexi Unlock to transfer their savings to an existing bank account, although a fee normally applies to this option.
Full Members can also build up a free Flexi Unlock through their membership benefits. Once earned, this allows them to transfer their savings to an existing bank account without paying the Flexi Unlock fee. The available options are explained during the redemption process.
We would also like to investigate the two Loqbox accounts you mentioned. While we cannot prevent someone from completing more than one registration, we can help locate the accounts, explain how they were created and close any account that is no longer wanted.
Credit scores are calculated independently by the credit reference agencies and can change for several reasons, including the opening of new financial accounts. We would like to review what happened in your individual circumstances and offer further support.

Well I was going to set an account up…
Well I was going to set an account up for the sole purpose of improving my credit report, but after reading thru some of the reviews, I think il give them a miss!!
How terrible that so called reputable companies like these are first and for most recommended via Experian clear score etc , and all they are are glorified scammers... Disgusting, taking advantage of the not so well off as per, always us that are first in line to be taken advantage of, those that need it the most. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
