I have been saving with Loqbox for over…
I have been saving with Loqbox for over 12 months, but I am now struggling to access my own money. I have already explained to their team that I have an existing TSB account, which I used to receive my first savings payout.
Despite this, I am being asked to open another account with one of their partner banks, TSB or Santander, to receive my savings. I was also told that refusing to do so could result in a £30 deduction from my savings.
I find this extremely frustrating and unfair. This is my hard-earned money, which I have saved consistently for over a year, and I should not have to open another bank account to access it..I am disappointed upon several email sent to the customer support team no reply or steps to get my issue resolved
I hope Loqbox can resolve this issue promptly and provide a clear explanation of why I cannot receive my money into my existing TSB account or other without being charged £30.

Abhorrent
Abhorrent - charging vulnerable people to increase their credit score.
I opened an account and its a mess and confusing for some and not advisable. I immediately closed the addons.
I noticed other charges from them and contacted them and they stated they did not have any idea of the money they took . I had to contact my bank to find out there was a second account I did not set up.
They state I need to contact the police before they will refund even though I have reported this through my bank.
Luckily I did contact my bank as thy addon I cancelled they keep trying to take funds out of my bank account. I still have £120 unauthorised funds missing from my bank.
They had the audacity to ask if I set the other account up. Why would I ask you about funds taken from my account I had no idea of why and when I checked the account I did open there was no information regarding those accounts. If I opened that account then I would have cancelled anything with in 14 days.

It always helps me with Xmas no worrying about presents it's sorted.my credit score gets better every year. The app is brilliant and easy to navigate.and you can save any amount you like. I have been with loqbox for a few years now and would highly recommend it. Join it even if you use it just as a Xmas box. 10/10 for me.

Unlocking and cancelling savings doesn't cancel membership
I didnt know as it did NOT come up anywhere but stopping the savings pot does not stop membership and if they had told me that 4 days ago id have made sure it was all done.
The last of the money in my account just went out to loqbox this morning, I was going to use that last £15 for groceries, oh well guess the kids dont actually need to eat eh

Helped build my credit, love the features that are available.
My only complaint would be that to when you do the loqbox save more than once you have to open a new account each time to have a free pay out of your money.
