Stay Away from this company
Kori Lord, the Sole Owner of Lord’s Property Management, with a separate license as a Certified Principal #0510000454 (Expired 05-31-2025) has been targeting us, as renters in one of the communities she manages the HOA for. She has repeatedly come to our home citing infractions that she cannot support with any documentation.
The latest is having our vehicles towed without warning, notice or cause. We woke up the morning of October 31, 2025, to our vehicles missing. According to the towing company, they received an email stating that there was “No parking anytime in space -- per management”. We have still not, as of today, November 26, 2025, received a written or verbal explanation as to why our vehicles were towed. The only excuse passed along through our Property Management Company, is that Ms. Lord was unhappy that upon confronting me in person over some bushes, and my demand that she shows me in writing what the specific violation was, she called the police. The officer explained to Ms. Lord that I was well within my rights, and that no laws had been broken. She has held this animosity against us since and has been retaliating in every manner she can.
Without violating any of the HOA guidelines, a few days after our vehicles were towed, we had neighbors offer their visitor passes so that we could park in the community. Discovering this, Kori Lord has since voided their visitor passes indefinitely.
We would now be forced to park on a through street. However, soon after voiding the visitor passes, paving began on the through road which brings you to our community, forcing us to park on *** Drive, where there is an office complex. It is an approximately 10-minute walk from door to vehicle.
By taking these actions, she is inconveniencing us, costing us hundreds of dollars, endangering our safety, and manufacturing rifts with our neighbors. The level of hatred and unprofessionalism demonstrated by Kori Lord is astounding. She is in a position of authority, placed there by Homeowners in the community, many of which have no idea that she is abusing that authority for her own petty disputes.
