The earrings look lovely and the recipient is highly delighted as am I. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lotel Diamonds again should I require more jewellery

Communication was good. Ring arrived in an enormous box; rather over the top!
Ring was smaller than expected, so I would say it was over-priced.

The necklace was exactly what I’d been looking for. I was a bit concerned buying a high value item online but all reviews were good and I needn’t have worried I was kept up to date by email where we were at and when delivery was going to be. All round excellent, highly recommend

Impeccable service! Nothing was too much to ask. I ordered my wedding band from Australia. Didn't get to try it on however Lorel had a engagement ring similar to mine so I was provided photos to assist in how it would look. I was extremely happy with the end result and turnaround time was 3wks, from order to delivery! Highly recommend.
