The ring and experience was perfect! I found a ring that I liked on the website but wanted to make some alterations based on a style I had in mind. I spoke with a lady called Jayne who was superb in organising the order and getting CAD drawings sent over for approval. She kept me updated throughout the process until the ring arrived. Great service from my first contact. I found the ring that I liked but wanted another type of diamond - this was no problem at all. I was kept up to date all the way through the consultation period and received a CAD of the ring before committing to the purchase. The ring arrived on the date specified and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s so sparkly - the ring of my dreams ❤️❤️
