Lorel have been fantastic since I ordered an Diamond and Saffire eternity ring they delivered earlier than expected and unfortunately ring did not fit my wife totally my fault I had the wrong size but lorel resized ring in 10 day and my wife loves it Thanks again

I had been looking for a new wedding…
I had been looking for a new wedding band for sometime and I always loved this design. So I took the plunge and bought it. It arrived today which was the day I requested so 10/10 for that.I did go on live chat and spoke with Julie, I think (sorry) and she advised to add my delivery specifications in the box at the checkout page.
I am stunned, it is absolutely beautiful. The craftsman have done a splendid job indeed.
My current wedding band is 2mm so I thought I'd go for 2.5mm as I don't really like wide wedding bands, and because it's so beautiful I wish I'd gone for the 3mm now. I decided on the lab grown diamonds which is the same as my engagement ring as I am a bit of an eco warrior. But I also adore jewellery. You certainly cannot tell the difference, some might argue the value is not the same, but that doesn't concern me in the slightest. The ring absolutely sparkles. I absolutely love it, thank you.

Great experience
We had great communication throughout the process, be aware though that because items are made to specific requirements, this takes time, so order with plenty of time if it's for a special ocassion. We were given a date of delivery and it was delivered on that date. The item we bought is lovely and didn't disappoint. From our experience I would recommend.
