I DO NOT recommend this company. I purchased two annual subscriptions in error. I wrote into customer service to explain what happened and they didn't help to correct the situation. They kept a total $516.00. I recommend signing up with companies that care about people not company's where you feel like they just want your money. They no doubt lost this customer. Awful experience.

Loveart appears to own Beckymetal. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH! Have not delivered on any level. Refuse to respond to requests for refund. They are rogue traders!

Something suspiciois happened after I signed-up through my google account. I received an email about suspiciois acitivity from other device.

The customer service experience is severely lacking, as responses to inquiries take an excessive ten days. NOT COSTUMER SERVICE AT ALL. Communication is limited to email, which further delays any interaction. Concerns and questions are often met with generic replies that do not address the specific issues raised, demonstrating a lack of respect for the customer's needs.

The system is hit and miss; sometimes it wows with its results, but ultimately you spend a lot of time, banging your head against a brick wall with it (and wasting credits) due to the AI ignoring specific requests to not add things or take things away. As it will make changes sporadically to any outputs it makes ignoring certain input requests from you completely, ultimately making the output useless or harder to use, as you have to make manual changes to the work you hoped this AI would do for you automatically. If you're trying to get specific outputs from it (as most people are) then Id say look around some more. Their support is non-existent. The company will be making decent money as it's new tech and an exciting service. However them not wanting to deal with any of the issues the system has is a real problem. Rather, they will ride the money train till it's derailed. I'd say look around some more for other similar services. As someone who paid for 12 months with Loveart, I'm having to use this in a different way than originally advertised (lots of manual changes). Its cheaper than using stock imagery accounts but then again. Stock imagery doesn't put extra legs on people in images, as this has done for me. Whether that's the AI technology and its current limitations or this company specifically I dont know, but Id say try other services before this one and only use monthly credits and for a couple of months to get a better understanding of the systems limitations and if support actually reply to you.

This AI video generator is a joke. At first it seems impressive but I upgraded twice and added more credits twice and I still didn't have a completed video. I had six separate ones that were unusable for one reason or another. Takes hundreds and hundreds of credits to have it make the slightest changes to it. If your internet is slow at all it will give you an error prompt and still charge you credits. I e-mailed support 9 days ago because it took 4,000 credits and gave me nothing usable in return and I still have not heard a peep out of them. Terrible customer service.

terrible service! extremely censored no lingerie non even a top strap off shoulder, but a part this is very slow to create images, the assitant don;t understand the request, always random results, tha I have to ask to correct chasing an impossible logical solution. luckly I'll try one 30 days, now to be sure anything else will be charges I will ask my bank a replacement of my card. I suggest to look some where else, here you will find only a little and mediocre at premium service, no matter the infinite geenration you got, 99% are not usetufl at all, is just an immense WASTING TIME!

Initial image generation was okay, but modifications would not work. I requested cancellation of my subscription within an hour or so. Customer service has been completely non-existent, and they continue to charge my credit card even after cancellation.

I was misled into paying $192 (1373 RMB) on September 22, 2025. I did NOT use any credits. I contacted their support immediately and provided ALL information they requested, including the Alipay merchant order number. After initial template replies, they have now gone completely silent for days, refusing to process the refund.

This company appears to take payments but then ignores rightful refund requests. I am now forced to file a formal dispute with Alipay. Avoid to protect your money.

【URGENT UPDATE - FINAL WARNING】: After I issued a 24-hour ultimatum, Lovart (Resonate International INC) has again chosen complete silence, confirming their malicious stalling tactics. As of September 28, 2025, the refund is still unreasonably withheld. I have now officially filed a fraud complaint against this company with the Delaware Attorney General's Office and have escalated the dispute with Alipay. I strongly advise all consumers to exercise extreme caution and avoid any transactions on this website.

This Site has improved so much! I love the photos and the Ai is very smart!
I generate BRB Logos for my streams and Ending Logos as well as Banners with things such as Tomb Kings in the Warhammer with my name in 'namehere' format and the options i get for the image is incredible with multiple choices, I've been using free so far with daily credits given, Highly Recommend

I work as a creative freelancer, and I’ve been trying out Lovart for my projects. The tool works well and gives nice results fast. I like using it to get ideas and create a first draft for my clients. But when I try to make detailed edits, it is not easy. The controls are limited, so it is hard to reach the exact look I need for real work. For now, it feels more like a helper tool than a full solution.
I hope the team continues to grow the editing features. If Lovart adds better tools for fine edits and real use cases, it could become very powerful for freelancers like me. For now, it gives me inspiration and a good starting point. I look forward to seeing what new updates will come next.

I cannot recommend using ‘loveart’. Be very careful. I was able to use it without any problems on the first day and was convinced, so I started a paid subscription. Since then, I have not been able to access my account for weeks. No invitation links are being sent anymore, and without one, you can't log into your account. Now I have a paid subscription, my credit card details are on file, and I can no longer manage my account or use the product. Now I've received an email saying that my subscription will be renewed in a few days and the next payment will be debited. I can't get out of this situation. They can now diligently charge me money month after month without me being able to do anything about it. Emails are not answered, and I am completely ignored as a customer. As things stand at the moment I have to block my credit card so that they can no longer charge me. I can only advise everyone not to use this tool!

I used Lovart to generate a video using one character. After being told that full-length videos are not supported, I clearly requested split videos instead – and I explicitly rejected the image keyframe option.

They ignored my request and delivered only keyframe images, which I had already refused, and still deducted my coins.

I contacted their support multiple times, explained everything, and asked for a refund. But I received only template replies saying they cannot help with refunds or escalate the issue.

This is unacceptable. I paid for something I did not receive. Poor customer service, and no way to get your money back if things go wrong.

Be careful before using this platform.

This lot are ultimate spammers. Shady business practices from top to bottom. Spending any money on them whatsoever is almost guaranteed to be way more trouble than it's worth!

This SAS (Software as a Service) cannot handle what it is promoted to do--be an "agent" of design. Once it could not finish the video I paid for (as bad as it was going in my opinion) it actually "told" me to try using Premiere or DaVinci or other programs to edit and finish the project! "This is NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME!" I'm sure some day, maybe soon, it will be great. It's a good idea. Still, I particularly hate it when companies "beta test" their draft software on their consumer clients. We paid for a working product.
