Scam. Attempted to cancel an item and they did not respond then shipped the item. I am now attempting to return. Customer service unreliable. There are enough options that I do not recommend purchasing from this site.

The product I received wasn’t what was displayed online “false advertisement” . Then they kept bring up customs which is why they didn’t want to let me return the product “dishonored promises”. Then kept trying to convince me to keep the poor quality clothing for 10-15% discount as if I would purchase again. They don’t factor in losses when cutting production corners, to them short term sales mean more than consumer relationships and longevity. Please save your time and money.

Easy to Navigate, easy to find clothes that are my style and fit me the way i need them too

The online purchasing was simple and the website was easy to navigate. Our teenage boy loves the variety of clothing to choose from along with the reasonable prices. We have yet to receive the items as they were just ordered so were hoping the quality and sizing is accurate based off the reviews we read.

I tried to return an item that looked nothing like the website picture 3 months ago and I still have haven't heard anything back from the financial department. I would give this website a zero but there are no zero Stars. The material used is cheap and have terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

Why is website still up? Needs to be shut down for scamming.

Don't order from this company, they lied about 3 day shipping, which they charge you extra and it took 2 weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived they didn't send my complete order, I was missing an item, contacted support for over a week now no response, this company is a fraud!

SCAM company do not buy from LOVECISS. My son bought a sweatshirt, we got it and was too small, they refused to give a refund but offered a coupon, when we turned that down they stopped responding to email. They have no customer service number and your bank won't return your money or help you out.

If you buy from them don't expect the clothing for a month. I ordered mine on October 6th and didn't get it until the 28th of October. And tracking the package is pretty much impossible with them.

I ordered a dress that looked good on the website. Obviously photo shopped. On arrival the material was shiny, hard and stiff. The sewing quality was poor with seams coming apart. It was shapeless and sack like and did not fit the photo on the website. I requested a refund. I was told I could keep the product and be given a 20% refund on the cost of the dress. I did not accept. Then I was offered 40% and 60% refund. I was told if I return the product to China I would get a full refund. I did not trust them so accepted the 60% refund. This refund has never arrived. I am calling fraudulent behaviour on this company. Do not purchase from them.

Ayoo lmao I have no clue who wrote them reviews BUT I probably ordered a year or 2 from them and was just searching for something to where for my girls Bday and I stumble across them. It didn’t hit me until I seen the yellow race car theme sweat suit, that I bought from them before and I would NEVER buy from them again. First of all I could understand the sizing but along with that the QUALITY of the clothing was TRASH. I ended up using the pants as a 🌰 rag. I have no clue where the hoody went and don’t even care. Plus it took a whole month to come. Companies a JOKE

Shirt came 3 sizes smaller than I ordered and no one is returning my messages/emails about a return so I’m stuck with 2 shirts I can’t even fit. Terrible website will not recommend!

This company is not short of scam!! I purchased back July, messaged the seller about being on time for my son bday. Seller message the items 7/16. My son bday was 7/17. I had told the seller 7/10 if I didn’t receive the by 7/16 that I will need a refund because I would no longer need them. The seller shipped the items anyway. After getting the tracking I noticed that the package was coming from china, I knew I had been misled. I never received the package but I just know the items were not as described. Seller is literally drop shipping. They don’t even know what the items look like because they never see them. They just order them from vendor once customers order from them. SCAM! I didn’t see reviews til now but if you on this website don’t shop! They have refused to refund my money saying they refund department is down due to too many transactions. lol the worst lie I have in business history. I will be calling bbb and filing a small claim first thing in the am. This behavior is not tolerated over here. RUN DONT WALK!!’

Everything was good. I just wish there was an easier way to track our packages.

I paid 117 euros, and now I don't know if I'll get my money back.
Don't buy anything from them. All those positive reviews are fake.
