Terrible company. Nonexistent customer service. I’ve asked for a refund several times. Ordered in May and still hasn’t shipped. Such a scam. Will notify Better Business Bureau as well as the Australian equivalent. I’ll be disputing the charge with my CC. Beware! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Took over two months to arrive, customer service completely non existent. T shirt is appalling quality and nothing like the colour listed on the website. Avoid!!!

didn’t receive my order for over 3 months. And I did only because I kept on their a*ses. Kept saying it had been sent or in transit but I could see it wasn’t. Absolute scam. After all that the Tshirt is also sh****t. Thin, bad quality and way too short. Awful company

I bought a tee from them, but it was a little smaller than I liked so I returned it for a larger size. I’m in the states so it was a bit tricky sending the package back -think no tracking number available if I send it without going into debt, country codes that I have no idea about and whatever else.
Every time I sent an email with the above mentioned questions I received a personalized response pretty quickly, especially given the pandemic. The customer service was top notch and Mel was on top of it! I have yet to receive my larger shirt, but have received an ensuring email that they are expecting them soon and one has been set aside for me. I’m so happy with this company I will definitely keep them in mind for another purchase! Thank you for all of your assistance, kindness and understanding! It is truly appreciated!

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM LDC. You will receive terrible customer service, if you even get your items that is.

I ordered three items from this company back in July 2019. One outfit and one coat. The coat NEVER arrived, but I did get a refund. The outfit was unwearable as it didn't match the description and was poor quality. After several difficult attempts to contact and get resolution from the company, I was met with an outright refusal to refund my money. Eventually I got a credit note, but was expected to pay a further 15 euro delivery. No chance! Yet another email had to be sent. And guess what...the item I ordered with my credit note...still HAS NOT ARRIVED!!! This is 59 days since I placed the order and over a year since my original transaction with them. I didn't even want to order a new item...I just want my money back.

i ordered back in march & never received my order. ever. i thought maybe it was the carrier they used (dhl) which was totally understandable since i’ve had bad experiences with them as well in the past. but the company didn’t seem to care that i’ve never gotten my order.

it is now july & i am still fighting tooth & nail just to get my own money back. i repeated numerous times that i no longer wanted the products & would appreciate it if i could be rightfully refunded.

how naive i was to think that this could ever happen. i should’ve known from the start that mel was just giving me the run around.

i sent a final email today about my “urgent refund” and what do you know? i have been blocked. i had to laugh, really. i wish i could provide the screenshot of the “failure to deliver” message i received.

i’m going to try to dispute this with my bank again, this time with more evidence. i have been understanding for too long. and if it’s beyond my bank’s help, then i’m taking it to better business bureau, or the australian equivalent of it.

mel, who i assume owns this company, i sincerely hope you get it together. you can’t keeping blocking people forever.
