Love Tiki Avis 

Very disappointed I have not received the item. Placed the order on 14th November. It is now 5th December and no email or contact as to why there is a delay. I received an email after I placed my order stating 2 - 5 day delivery. It is now 16 business days since I placed my order (it would be more if I counted the weekend days!!) Shocking service to say the least. Please someone contact me or else I will have to call up my payment provider to arrange a full refund.

Responding to your reply. We know our neighbours at no. 9 very well and upon asking them about the package they said they've not accepted anything on our behalf. Please arrange a replacement to be sent as it's obviously lost

Customer communication is non-existent, these guys use Hermes/Evri to deliver and charge £4.99 for the inconvenience, making a tidy profit...

I'd avoid ordering until they change courier and improve their customer communication.

Placing the order was easy , website is easy to navigate.
Part of my order was missing but showed as complete. It took some time to get hold of the right person to resolve the problem. I was assured of delivery the next day of the missing item.
I called a week later, still no parcel.
Turns out they never sent it. It would be sent out same day - guaranteed next day delivery.

Shame they sent it to a different address. This address is different to my invoicing and original delivery address. Thankfully the addressee noticed when parcelforce turned up and parcelforce were fab for just delivering it to me in the end.

I’ve lost faith in them now. Really poor communications too.

First time ordering from Lovetiki, prices very competitive. My order arrived quickly but one item was missing. Emailed LT and Ryan replied promptly with apologies and sent the missing item immediately. Thus I will be ordering from them again.

I have ordered wooden Spoons, forks, and knives on 21st Sep 22 and the Order Number: LT6657, it was delivered after 3 weeks and that too I have chased up on it.

No communication for delay and only after 2 time chasing them its been delivered.

Great easy to use website. Was looking for bright yellow serviettes and these were perfect.

Delivered 4/10 glass jars completely smashed and never responded to my message to customer service asking for a refund on the broken items.

Did order 3 weeks ago and still waiting for delivery , had to call company to be told they dont have in stock until next week , terrible customer service wont use this company again

Good company, great prices and good customer service. The only annoying part is that not everything is in stock at the same time making it harder to fulfil £75 trade order for free delivery. On the other hand if service wasn’t great then i would have given it a 3/5 but service is good. Would just be nice to see all items in stock at the same time!

Alot of consideration for customers.

The website is easy to use and move around. I had placed an order which was dispatched very fast and also i was notified along each step.

I had an issue with the delivery where the company had caused an issue. I contacted LoveTiki customer support which was very fast to get through to and spoke to Ryan who helped me along the process.

He instantly reordered my delivery via another delivery service which went smoothly and very fast as i needed the items by a certain date he made sure that they did arrive!

Will definitely be using their services again! Great customer service!!
