I ordered from here for the first time, good value for money and very quick delivery. I didn’t receive my invoice, but it wasn’t a problem, a quick email and it was sent to me straight away. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with, and great customer service. Sadly the first parcel arrived damaged, but I rang them and the offered refund immediately. I opted to have glasses resent instead. They arrived very quickly and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Purchased these tealights because they said they would burn for 8hrs. Not to sure if they do burn that long as they are purchased for a church. They definitely burn all the way down not like the cheeper ones. Great price and fast delivery. Would definitely buy again.

I had a few issues with my order but…
I had a few issues with my order but were rectified to a satisfactory degree. I ordered a selection of different glasses for next day delivery, but due to covid issues, they didn't arrive so I received a refund on that part. Some of the glasses were the wrong size, and one was smashed (I didn't notice a fragile sticker on the box, but they were heavily bubble wrapped so perhaps just unfortunate). I ordered 16 glasses in total.
Issues happen, and I judge a company in how they respond to such challenges. I'd happily shop again, trusting that if there is an issue, it will be resolved.
