The Candles supplied were not those advertised, received an inferior brand with shorter life/light time, Bolsius were the brand advertised parallel sided dining candles not the Tapered ones I received!

My order was incomplete and I didn't get a replacement.
I ordered a cocktail shaker but when it arrived it was missing the lid. I contacted customer service including a photo but they asked for a picture of the empty box (which I didn't have anymore). Never heard back from them. Poor service.

only 1 item arrived (late) still waiting on the other- 6 weeks later, paid for next day, I have been promised a refund and delivery of my item, but still waiting after chasing 3 times.
