Exceeded my expectations
I had a wonderful experience with this facility, in Carrara. From the moment I first walked into the office, to enquire about renting a storage unit, i immediately felt welcomed by the manager. The customer service completely exceeded my expectations- he was helpful, attentive & friendly. The entire setup was an easy process with a simple application, making the whole move-in stress-free. The facility is in a great location, in Carrara, just off the motorway, making it super convenient to access. I also love the App they provide; it makes it so convenient to manage entry into the facility & all my billing information is right there on my phone too. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a professional storage solution!

The whole experience was easy, with professional, friendly and helpful staff. The App is user-friendly. We had a great overall experience… prices are competitive, if not better and the facility is very clean, We would recommend to everyone.

Luke was incredibly helpful
Luke was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately I had a major health incident and could not move in on Friday. There is nothing you could have done better. Just waiting to recover to be able move my funiture into my unit. I will highly recommend your business.

John was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. One thing I wasn’t happy about is your use of collecting facial recognition when submitting my driving license. I would like to request that my data regarding this is now deleted from your system now my ID has been verified and proof of deletion is provided to myself.
