Terrible company
Terrible company. The charger I ordered was delivered somewhere else. I do not recognise the delivery photo.
They are trying to get me to contact Royal Mail for a non-delivery certificate. These do not exist. My contract is with this company.
I have requested a replacement or a refund but they clearly do not understand Consumer Law.
I'll do a chargeback and never buy from them again. Awful, awful, awful

Great service. After an email to ask advice (which was answered promptly), we bought the cable for the cpap device and it worked perfectly. It arrived quickly.

Needed a replacement charger for my Asus laptop (puppy chewed the original). My sons friend lent me a spare he had but it didnt fit the socket. Contacted these guys at Gopower , who assured me that with the model and serial numbers I supplied, would be able to supply the correct fitting one (as mine was apparently an old type). It arrived and was aperfect fit., Well done , guys and thanks a bunch.

A poor experience for sure
I wish I had read these reviews first ! I bought a replacement lead for a wx3100-TO mesh range extender. It did not fit even though it was marketed as the exact model. No big deal so I informed seller and asked (politely) to return. 11 emails later, multiple photographs and requests for further information and measurements in mm had led me to the conclusion that this is a stalling tactic to avoid refunding. I have thrown in the towel, closed my request for refund and will add this power lead to my collection of unknown leads that I just hang on to. Jokes aside, I would not recommend this seller to anyone. Avoid !

Fast delivery from China
Fast delivery from China, adaptertype needed was for aliexpress laptop, so was difficult to find. Unfortunately the first adapter that was sent had a slightly bigger plug than the original one, but lps sent a matching one right away, free of charge. So good service after all.

This company stole my money
This company stole my money. They asked me to return a product and said they would reimburse the shipping cost. It's been 2 months, and they won't give me the money back. This Company is in China, so shipping products back is expensive. Shipping costs more than the product itself.
Additional info: I sent several messages to the company, and they completely ignored them. Tirreble customer service.

Very Helpful Service
If you need to replace your laptop charger, it can be confusing to work out which replacement to buy. When I lost my charger, I tried using eBay, carefully checking the laptop model number etc etc but when the charger arrived, it didn't fit. Wasted money! I then contacted LPS Gopower and they said "buy this one", which I did, and it worked perfectly. And at a good price.

To clarify for our community: The order placed was for a Slim 3 adapter (Round Tip), but the laptop used was a Slim 5 (which requires a Type-C connector). Since these are physically different parts, the item was unfortunately incompatible.
Regarding our return policy: As stated on our website, we offer a full refund for any item returned to our facility. However, in cases of "buyer selection error" (where the item sent matches the order exactly), standard e-commerce practice requires the buyer to cover the return shipping.

Item received was as expected. Purchased replacement compatible power pack for a monitor. Came from China which wasn't unexpected. The original, as most electronics are, would have originally been from China.

I would rate this company minus zero if…
I would rate this company minus zero if that were possible. My biggest mistake was not reading the reviews before purchasing.
I was told to return a charger to a London address in order to receive a refund. I sent it back at my own expense, and it has now been five days since posting, yet no refund has been issued and no meaningful communication received.
This is a rogue company with very poor customer service. Please save yourself the stress and avoid, avoid, avoid.

When you want to return it they expect you to send it on to another customer who has purchased the same thing. So when you are buying something from them it may well be second hand.

I needed a battery charger
I needed a battery charger. Using their website entered the product I needed it for, their website bought up what I believed would be the correct charger. On receipt, the charger was not the correct one. Whilst it states returns are accepted it seems I have to return this item to China, at my cost, which will cost as much as the charger itself, with no guarantee of ever hearing from anyone again. £35 down the pan. Gutted as I always check out companies before buying but I was stressed as my father needed this for a piece of medical equipment.
