Absolut joke not a company, avoid at all cost. customer service is a joke. I can only assume someone rathe thick reply to emails there. Package never arrived. The only reply you get from sales is to contact with Evri. When we contacted with Evri, their automated system informed us that thick employees of LPS Gopower provided wrong address and parcel can not be delivered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I read the other comments on trust pilot and I thought, oh no, am I being ripped off too? I emailed their sales department in China and was given tracking details. They responded quickly same day of email. I checked tracking details and was pleasantly surprised that I had the item within 10 days. Exactly as ordered. Decent quality cord and charger components. Not sure why everyone else is so disappointed with this company? My experience was how it should be. Feel confident with the purchase.

Used LPS to buy a new laptop charger. They were the only place I could get the one I wanted. The website makes you believe its a UK company but they are based in China. I didn't need the charger in the end so I asked what the returns policy was. I was told that they were based in China and they woukd send return details to which I said, the charger was sent from an address in Walsall, West Midlands so give me the full address and I'll send it back there. Time passed and I was given an address in Brighouse, Yorkshire. Sent it there with first class sign for then heard nothing from them. Sent a few reminder emails and eventually got a reply asking for a tracking number. Sent them what they asked for plus a screenshot of their email showing the return address. I then get a reply saying that I woukd get a refund. No refund came so I waited. Sent a few reminder emails but still nothing. I ended up raising a dispute through PayPal which resulted in me getting my £69.99 back. I finally got my money back but I wish i had read the reviews before buying from them to save the hassle.

Avoid. Sent different charger to one ordered with an adapter that didn't work after the first couple of times. Then made it incredibly hard to actually contact them or get a reply or a refund. Had to escalate to PayPal. Then they said they'd only refund if I returned (which I'd said from the start I would at their cost) but wouldn't cover the charge to do so (more than the charger cost). PayPal refunded me themselves when I contacted them to point this out. I urge to all to do the same. That will hit PayPal in the pocket and make them act against this fraudulent seller.

Do not use this company, it is a scam website and I can’t believe PayPal are still allowing them to use their platform for payments when they are clearly scamming people, either by not sending goods or by sending fake, dangerous goods at times. I emailed to cancel my order and the reply was that it was apparently cancelled yet I have not been refunded, I will be calling PayPal regarding this to escalate and report this misuse of their platform.

This is not a UK based company. Items are delivered from the other side of the world. Emails requesting an update on delivery are just ignored. I still havent received my item. Like so many I wish I’d read the reviews before placing my order.

Update: the charger has finally arrived. It’s a copy! Advertised as authentic. No response to my complaint.

Can't contact them and it's been 3 weeks since I ordered. No confirmation email, just money taken from my account. Should have read the reviews first...

Terrible "company" do not use. You order a specific item and they send whatever they want to you. I sent the item back after asking a thousand times for the return address and then they say they didnt receive it. Refusing to give refund.

They are also really rude in how they speak to you when asking for all this too.

I can't prove it, but in my own mind I feel pretty sure that FAKE GOODS are being supplied.
My unit was advertised as an "Original Netgear Power Supply". What arrived was a shadow of the one that originally came from Netgear. The part from Lps is half the size of my original and the quality looks rubbish. No Netgear branded packaging, just a plain cardboard box. The reinforcing rubber sleeve where the wire comes out of the unit is barely flexible and therefore does not protect the wire from bending at that point. I dare not risk plugging it into my house mains socket and leaving it unattended.

Like so many, I purchased a power lead and then stumbled across their sketchy (at best) Trust Pilot reviews. I was fearing the worst, all I can say is I must be one of the lucky ones. Ordered 17th and arrived 23rd. All appears to be legit and working. If anything changes I will update the review.

Charger described as Bose charger. Is a cheap piece of tat which is worth half what I paid. I emailed for a refund and was told that as they ship from China the cost includes postage! I will not let this lie as the description is misleading - do not use them. I wish I had looked at the reviews. It isn't a lot of money but its the principle.

I am suspicious especially when I see email correspondence I have sent them being deleted. I am in touch with the necessary authorities about them.

My order for a replacement Asus F515e Power cable was placed on 02/06/22. The Item was received today (13/07/22) - allowing for weekends and the Bank Holidays, this is approximately 6 working days. I think that this is excellent customer service and the tracking system kept well informed of the progress of the order. Ignore the bad reviews, I would heartily recommend this company. The item was well packaged, and came with an adapter for other sized charge points

as opposed to the adapter ordered as detailed in the order summary and pictured on the website, it is not an ASUS branded adapter (it appears to be a chicony), nor is it an A17-120P2A model but a ADP-120CH model!
wanted me to pay postage to taiwan to return!!

Never received my order. Says they used a Chinese carrier. Nothing ever showed up. Contact phone number is out of service, of course.

I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from LPS-GoPower.
I ordered my ASUS power adapter on 23rd May and it arrived on 31st May today. At present it works perfectly (I expect it to continue). I am pleased having been somewhat daunted by reading some of the reviews.
The area for improvement would be to give a dispatch date and a potential delivery date (although is says 5 to 8 days and that was approximately what it took to arrive in working days.) I would just feel a bit more secure in my purchase with more information. I was surprised when I discovered that it was a China based company.

Cancelled order - but goods processed and sent out after this.

repeated calls and emails to cancel and return goods no response for 14 days.

14 days later after sending letter from Which legal site asking for goods to be returned have received a reply and been told order number is the return number.

Company dispute ever having any calls from my number.

I ordered an "Official Dell USB-C charger" but this is far from official... It overheats and doesn't produce enough charge to power my laptop. The power output is supposed to be 130w, but when I tested it, it only produces 45w. I'm inclined to agree with some other reviewers that this website is a scam, potentially selling untested unofficial goods.
