Scam company, selling potentially dangerous equipment (the product I purchased caused repeated RCD tripping, later found to be a short circuit within the power supply). Tried to return my purchase and get my money back but funnily enough, they never replied. Avoid at all costs. Don't say you weren't warned!

Fake company and a scam based in China not the U.K. Sadly I was in a rush as my charger is dead and didn't check reviews, I usually do.
My money was taken of course and cancelled my order straight away, they did bother to send one line confirming cancellation. Nothing since, more importantly no word of a refund.
Please do not go near this thieving low life

As previous user said, they masquerade as a UK company. They're based in China.

I cancelled via email after I was told, upon completion of transaction in an email the following day, that it would be '8-12 days for delivery' when their website makes it seem it's coming from the UK 'free UK delivery' and that it's out the next day implying that it will arrive the next day or two.

When I said the above, they replied, 'Then I cancel order for you.'

I've sent two emails since requesting a refund and they haven't actioned anything yet and it's now been four days or so since I placed the order.

Masquerades as a UK company. Actually ships (slowly) from Hong Kong. Ordered an HP charger of 85W, they sent 65W and did not respond to emails. Had to involve PayPal dispute service. Offered a refund only if sent back at own expense, even though their mistake. Eventually given full refund by PayPal when escalated.

Purchased spare ORIGINAL power supply for my Samsung Galaxy Ion Laptop.

Intitially I hesitated to place order after reading other reviews. But decided to take the plunge as I was even less happy with alternative online suppliers (suprisingly could not purchase it from Samsung :(

In terms of order experience, got order confirmation and I was kept well informed with delivery status. It arrived 3 days later. ORIGINAL Samsung power supply. Happy me.

I ordered a charger yesterday in the evening, soon after I managed to find it elsewhere for for less money; I sent an email requesting they cancel the order that same evening. They had cancelled my order and returned my money by 8 am this morning. Very appreciative of such efficient service.

Avoid dealing with this company.
They keep your money and stop replying to emails.
AVOID!

I could not find a replacement battery anywhere else for my Yoga laptop. This seemed ideal. Once I ordered I saw these reviews and worried as it seemed to be taking a while. Note this is not a next day delivery company. I attempted to contact someone and get a tracking ID but when I did not get an initial response I was more worried. ( They did respond on the day of delivery ). That said it was delivered within the time they said it would come on the website and the actual product seems to be all that I could expect. It came 19 days after I ordered.

Totally duped. Case opened with PayPal to recover money for battery that hasn't arrived. Have to wait 14 days for them to review.

they sent me a faulty item and did not believe it was faulty. I sent it back and it was received ('signed for'). After that, they told me to send the item to a different address. I emailed them back to reiterate the item had already been sent and received and I have not heard back from them since then.

I requested a refund 3 months ago.

They stole my money.

I am taking legal action towards these SCAMMERS!!!

I only read other reviews after I’d purchased and then spent a week unnecessarily worrying. Maybe I’m the lucky exception, but I received the exact item I ordered, well packaged and in just under a week. I followed the delivery using the recommended app and the charger I purchased works perfectly. Based on this experience, I would happily recommend.

My charger did arrive but it’s not the same as the one I already have, even though it looked it on the photo so a bit wary but seems to work ok. My main gripe is that it’s not obvious from the site that it comes from China so I had to wait ages and the amount of spam and scam emails I’ve got coming through to my email address now is ridiculous so they clearly sell them to third parties! Would recommend just going elsewhere.

Do not use this supplier. As for a number of reviews on here ( which I should have read first!), the wrong item was supplied which did not work for the use intended. It was very difficult to get them to accept a return ( they are based in China) but eventually they gave me a uk address which I returned the item to, but they still refused to honour the refund. I feel like I have been defrauded, and hope by posting this others can avoid the same fate and think very carefully about using this supplier

Ordered two UK ASUS Chargers for ET8 mesh wifi systems as I ordered an American model from Amazon due to the ET8 not being available in the UK.

I had a panic when I saw the reviews for LPS-GoPower on trustpilot after ordering (the site looked legit and has a good selection of chargers). The chargers came sooner than expected and worked perfectly fine.

We are currently using them for the ET8 Asus mesh wifi at home with no problems. I would recommend the ASUS chargers they stock at least if you aren't sure, maybe I just got lucky!

I'd give 0 stars if possible! Item received was not a genuine Lenovo product. E-mailed the company who did not reply.
Opened a dispute with paypal and ended up having to pay to send the fake charger back. Luckily Paypal refunded some of the cost of this, as LPS gopower did not respond to messages asking for a return label!
I would avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a Dell power supply. It never arrived. There is no evidence that it was ever posted. There is no possibility that it will ever be replaced or refunded. This is a Chinese outfit and should be avoided at all costs

I ordered a replacement adapter and power cord for an HP printer. The adapter was different to that specified in the order and to add insult to injury the cord didn't connect to it. The answer I received was that they are based in China and would look for someone in the UK to replace - which is strange, given the items arrived pretty quickly, one would imagine that supply chain issues are not a problem in this case.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don't let the nice website fool you. The wrong item was sent (purchased Lenovo Charger and received different voltage HP cheaper charger). They were very slow to respond to return request and just asked to show charger. Email was written in poor English with no apologies or greetings/sign off which I consider very rude. Stalling tactics were used and so I raised a case with PayPal. Response time improved in PayPal, however they want me to pay for delivery to China using Standard Post to avoid customs charges and will refund when arrived. They don't make it clear that this is their returns policy on their website and don't indicate goods are delivered from China. Feels like a total scam and I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing as this seems a theme throughout (i.e. their business model). If I post the item, I'm guessing it will never "arrive" and therefore I will not receive my refund and be further out of pocket for postage costs. Alternatively I will have to pay to track the parcel at my expense, however they stated they will not pay for costs if I don't use standard postage. If you're reading this review, please use a reputable supplier and don't make the same mistake I made, I bought the replacement charger directly from Lenovo in the end at only a few £ extra. Would give 0 stars if this was an option.
