I have submitted 2 withdrawals one for $160 and another for $100. Both were made back in May only days apart from each other. My identity verification was already completed before withdrawal requests and I have yet to be paid. Both withdrawal requests still say pending review and after over 10 attempts at reaching out to support for an update, I have still yet received any type of response! This is totally uncalled for and it's stealing! By not even responding to any of my messages obviously shows they are up to something nefarious! I will never spend another dime on this platform! They have made zero attempt to update me on why my redemptions are taking so long to pay out nor have they even made any attempts to actually pay me the money they owe me!

I won on this game earlier this week but they're still "reviewing" said redemption. So far I'm not having a great experience. I'll update later if something changes

I was paid promptly the last time I won too. There's a wide variety of games and they are a lot of fun . I've also noticed the casino is always developing new games to keep it exciting . I see some bad stuff written about this casino by others and I can't understand it. I have had nothing but a good experience. Yes, I've lost money and yes I've won money. This is what happens when you gamble. Normally when people say bad things it's because they haven't followed instructions
For instance if you win over 600 you have to give your tax information. If you didn't do this you're not going to get paid and yes it's going to be taken out of your taxes. If it's under 600 you'll get your money right away even if you don't do a tax form because it does not have to be claimed. The people with the problems not getting their money are probably not submitting the proper information to do so or something else on their end . Anyways, this casino has never let me down to this day yet and I plan on continuing with lucky Legends These guys have always treated me right and they're great

I can’t give negative stars or I would! So these guys are the same guys that have royal aces they stole so many peoples hard earned money. In royal aces you got a coupon but had to deposit 30$ even though it said no deposit required! I wondered how lucky legends got my email and come to find out it’s set up a just like royal aces. Don’t use either of the websites because even if you won you won’t be able to withdraw fund the phone number is not in service and when you click the chat button it doesn’t work. On this lucky site you talk to a bot then it says it will connect u to a live agent but it never does. I’m not even sure how this site can get away with this! They should have to give people their money back. I don’t understand it one bit, they steal from everyone then we turn around and let them make a new account change the name but same BS and steal peoples money. The BBB knows what’s going on smh that they still allow them to do this to people. So many people have complained maybe the BBB gets a cut of the pie. Something is going on. I thought online gambling was strict but I guess when these companies steal your money no one on the casino task force will step in, so they make off Scott free. I thought the BBB was the ones to shut it down and help the people being taken advantage of! I was so wrong!

Won a 3000$ jackpot after 2 months of nonsense excuses why th3y couldnt wire transfer my withdrawal request for $2500 they finally approve 100$ bitcoin withdrawl and keep the rest of my winning saying there was limits and 100$ is all I'm allowed. I would give them a zero if I could. I have been waiting over a month for my payout. I have sent messages, emails, Facebook messages. You name it. All I hear are crickets. How are they allowed to take one’s $$ so quickly But not payout what has been won. This app is a SCAM

I played and won $40 twice and born times redeemed my winnings and was paid in s timely manor. Then I won $850 and a week later won $250. It had been over 3 weeks and I have been completly ignored. Not one response or explanation or acknowledgment from my daily messages I have sent them. NOT one.

Do not deposit anything more than what they give you for free . You win and you will never get cashed out . You have certain deposit and cashout policies and they do not honor there own policy. How do they want you to deposit if they don't cash you out . I been waiting for longer than 2 months. Horrible service

So i got a chip for 250 free from Lucky Legends. I used it and ended up winning a little over 2000.00. So i satisfied the playthrough and when i was done with that they took out everything so i would have the maximum withdraw balance which was 500.00 which was fine. I played another 100 then went to withdraw my 400.00. That's when all the problems started. They wanted 10 dollars deposit to verify my crypto wallet which i did. That didn't I seem to matter because after that they wanted my ID a utility bill and another crypto address for verification. I had all of this but it took them about 3 days to tell me everything that I needed to send in. So I send everything in, and they tell me it'll be about 7 to 10 days. So this was on the first of this month. It is now the 13th and it is still waiting to be approved. So I got on with customer service and they said I need to send my verification again! Are you serious I just spent three days sending my verification in 2 weeks ago what's going on with this casino they don't pay out!

When it comes to paying out - these people take the cake in dragging their feet and making every excuse and even lying to you when it comes to making a withdrawal. I seriously recommend not playing at lucky legends - customer service is the worst by far. I get the impression these people have no idea as to what they are doing.
