FRAUD. I am reporting this. They keep promising payment but don’t follow through

From the start, their policies are all miss quoted from all staff at all levels. It doesn’t matter. If you get the automated robot Bob you’re going to get miscommunicated instructions from One or Moore or all affiliated with lucky legends. I do not know how they stay in business, because with their operate is not a business is purely a scam, I have waited since 23 February. It is now March 20 and pretty sure they have no intentions of being eventful and or fulfilling in their end of anything called the right deal so if you win anything here it’s called a lesson you won the right to say I got screwed again by lucky legends .

This site was a a total scam!!!!! Played here one time and won over $1000.00 but after supplying all my banking information, they keep e-mailing me for more information and trying to get me to do a wire transfer. Check was an option on their site and the site is new so it should be updated and correct! Live chat was an over 2 hr wait time for assistance and emails have a contact toll free number that is not in service!! Please be warned about this site and don’t waste your time!!!

1. First asking for document , after submit all document.( mostly 3 document for crypto deposite : driver licence front and back, utility bill and selfie yourself holding your driver license ) that 7 days time frame ( calender days almost 10 day )
2. After 2 week my withdrawl request still pending didnt even move at all , i call again just yo find out and given another excuse to comeback another week .
3. after 3 weeks I call again. And they said. They will escalate and told me to come back 2 days still my pending withdrawl didnt move at all.
4. Come back after 2 days. You will not believe what they told me and honestly this the first time I heard about this request. They said , I have missing document , i was like there is no way I have completed and submit all the documents. They told me yhat they still need my US Citizin ship resident , when I hear yhat. i was like a time bomb want to explode , How in the world casino company asking this kind of document ( MY US citizenship ) first this is illegal. Also This document I always keep it in my save box . And this the first freaking time to have casino asking for the My ciyizenship ? ( this racist and believe me either they dont know anytjing or they just couldnt find any more excuse and try to made it up, but I try yo cool down and said ok I will screen shot and send it to them but make sure you get it done when I am done sending this dovument . After 2 days still they use yhe same method. Try to escalate and injust said to them please dong give me anymore excuse and dont try to escalate because I know this is just another way yo delay and delay again

I even asked them. To tell me honestly.
Am I gonna get paid or gonna get screw ?
No kne answer my question .

And finally someone said they told that the citizenship I have sent them , is not Clear cannot be verify , what thell is this. So from that point I already knew , I will not get my money and one thing I justvwant everybody yo know about this crook casino. So everyone can alert not yo get into this scam

To remove is not possible because they located out the usa . But we can help other not yo ho and even make deposite to their website

I have all the screen shot conversation with every agent . Is really bad. I they are one group with they have 10-12 group of casino like this and they really bad in accomodating withdrawal

I got one payout from them and now all of a sudden I can't get anyone's help with the one I requested on Dec 23rd, 2023. I've contacted customer service idk how many times asking to get help, and they tell me it's being escalated but I'm still without funds. Do they not know ppl are having a hard time as is paying bills that some of us, this is all we have to depend on. If they keep ppls money giving them false hope, that's a whole new level of messed up as a human being.

This casino uses fake email contact addresses and fake phn number. Ive been waiting for a $1000 payout since middle of Dec. that they haven't paid. There has to be someone to turn this casino into!

l won $400 over 4 months ago. I have been trying to get them to pay me the money I won. Besides not paying out their online customer chat is practically non existent. Days will go by before you get anyone to respond. DO NOT PLAY HERE

I've been through the same thing. I just won 700.00 and wanted to withdraw it. Sent in all the documents. Two days later I can't sign in. I can't sign into any of them that is together with enclave. This is a scam. Yes, stay away from this and other casinos associated with them.

Whatever you do do not play at this casino They are a scam you will never get your money they will give you excuse after excuse lie after lie the 24 hour customer service is not helpful whatsoever it's like they're sitting there reading out of a textbook or something. Ive been trying to withdrawl my winnings since August 30th the firstcrequest was denied because they said it was missing my bank info which is untrue cuz u cant put in for a withdrawl without bank infp filled out. The casino never contacted me other than thecfirst day ibput in the withdrawl congradulating me. I kept bugging the chat and theyntold me on Sept 14th and the money went bacj in my accoubr whixh u put in my second request Then I was told I had to wait 7 business days for them to review it I had I went to my bank which is a major bank not just a mom and pop bank it's Chase Bank I went to them and the teller there helped me fill out the The Wire transfer information and I put in my second request on the August 14th today is August 26th and they're barely checked and they haven't and once again I have not heard anything from the casino only I caught you know went onto the their site and talk to the chat and they he just told me that I was denied because I need to update my account in my information I've only had the account for a month nothing's on a out of date This is my third review on trust pilot on this casino Representative from this casino keeps replying to my reviews staying well just send us this information and we'll look into it I send it oh we can't find your account we can't find this we can't find that. They know just what to say to sound like they care abd like theyvr looking into things but truth is they arent. If they wanted to get to the bottom of this they would email me. Reach out to me to resolve this but they dont they havent even sent but 2 emails congradulating me on my wins. I am at a loss at what to do.

I was once again denied and money put back in my account have sent several emails to support and yet nobody has gotten back to me. I have never been told exactly why I've been denied or what I need to have this thing go through yet as you can see down below where lucky Legends has replied to my reviews they say that they've looked into it they also said that all my paperwork was in order it just needed to go through the process but it went through the process and they denied it so they're saying one thing where everybody can read my review but yet they're not even contact I have yet to get one email from anybody addressing my problem.

First of all, their slots and table games are rigged. If you win, which you might, they make sure to take it all back so just make sure you cash out as soon as you feel the slots change. Because they rig them to do that. They also have a VERY LONG withdraw process. Looking for excuses to not pay you. I swear they have a team of psychologists working for them. They know what you are playing, (every spin should be random) and they work against you. The longer it takes to withdraw the money the more likely you are to continue gambling it away. My fault I know but very scandalous and opportunistic on their part. Don’t play here

Stay away from this casino they are scammers, I received a 200 chip in an email i completed the wager then verified account and deposited to confirm my coinbase wallet only to have my 200 taken away and replaced with a 6 dollar coupon.
I have emailed several times to find out why they did this and i haven't had reply even after the stated 72 automated response.
