Package delayed multiple times with no updates or clear contact with the company
Found exactly what I was looking for and it’s met my expectations. Shipping and delivery were a tad slow but worth the wait.

Then the table came damaged and it’s taken forever for them to communicate with me after I submitted a damaged goods form. Still don’t know when or if I’ll get a new table. Super frustrating. The table, besides the damage, is beautiful. That’s the only reason I gave 2 stars.

I got an email that my chandelier was ready to be scheduled for delivery and I selected a day. I scheduled an electrician for the same week to install it. Then on the day that it was supposed to be delivered I heard from no one and I went and checked, and it said that my delivery had been canceled. No one explained why. I called and the guy said that it was stuck in Atlanta and didn’t give me any idea as to when it would be here. As of now, I still have heard nothing.

Delivery experience has been terrible. Agreed on a delivery date and they but in a whole different date in the system. I had no idea they put a different date until the day before my expected deliver i questioned by I hadn’t recieved a delivery window timeframe yet. That when the rep told me I was not on the schedule for the day we agreed it a totally different day that week that does not work for me at all. When I explained this to the rep on the phone he was extremely nasty and just trying to hang up. This was not my mistake it was their and they did even apologize for the major inconvenience just rushed off the phone and told me to call back when I figure it out..

I was very impressed with how Lulu and Georgia customer service handled my inquiry about my return. They texted me with an update after the initial correspondence and ensured they were there to help. I was surprised that they paid for my return shpping when it was a costly shipping item and understood why I wanted to return it.

defective products - holes in rug, loose strings and disconnected patterns of pillows. I wrote to the company immediately after receiving part of the products - there was no responses.

at first I was frustrated because I only wanted to return one rug and it was trying to return 2 - but once I’dgot a real person on the chat it went very smoothly and they were very helpful
