Prompt customer service! It is a pleasure to deal with a company which stands behind their product. In today's environment this says a lot and I highly recommend shopping with this company.

I just had to write this review because it is NOT normal to get the kind of extraordinary attention that I received from this company, Lush Decor, and their customer service person, Todd. I had several issues throughout my ordering process, NONE having to do with the company, btw. Most of the problem was shipping related, meaning fedex. The other problems were MY fault! I just couldnt seem to measure the curtain rod length correctly, changed my mind on the style, etc...My liason, Todd, was AMAZING! He never once got aggravated with ME for changing my mind, and even when the order got lost with Fed ex, Todd kept his cool, called EVERYDAY to try to find the shipment, and kept me informed the entire time!!! I cannot say enough about this man and his integrity! Now that I have my curtains, they are GORGEOUS! Todd was wonderful and a situation that couldve turned out a very different way, is now becoming this letter of gratitude for the way that HE made it ALL worthwhile! Much appreciation Todd, and I will be singing praises to Lush Decor and YOU for my experience!

I ordered two of the night sky curtains from another store at 40% off and the total was $86. I didn't read well and upon receiving I realized it was only one panel per package and I would need 2 more. Went to website where purchased before and they were not on sale anymore and listed at $77 each. There was no way I wanted to pay that much so started searching the internet. I found the same panels offered other places and they were a little cheaper. I saw the card in the packaging and realized I should try lushdecor.com. I found the panels and they were listed at $35 each and there was a 25% off code. I decided to return the first panels given the price difference and ordered 4 from Lush Decor. The very next day Lush Decor popped up on my Facebook with a 50% off code; that would be another $35 off. I sent customer service an email asking if I could somehow apply the 50% off code to the order I placed the day before. I honestly expected to be told no, but thought it was worth a shot. Within minutes of my email request, I received an email stating it would be no problem and to send the code. I sent the code and was refunded $35 immediately. I paid $70 for four panels with Lush Decor while it was $86 for 2 at the other store. It would have cost me over $240 for four panels at the other store. I was certainly impressed with how kind the representative was and his willingness to help. Above and beyond in my book. I can't wait to surprise my daughter with her Christmas room make-over!!

Ordered two 95" curtain sets from Overstock. One set was as expected, but the other was only 86" long despite the packaging and labels stating 95". I was sent a replacement set and for that set the outer packaging showed 95" but the actual curtains were 84" (along with the 84" labels this time).

I purchased the Harbor Life, Blue/Taupe 7 piece quilt set. I had read other's reviews about buying a King for a Queen so it's not necessary to have a dust ruffle, so I did that, and the reviews were spot on! This quilt is beautiful; of good quality, and the perfect weight for our guest room. The pillow shams, and decorator pillows polish off the entire look I was going for. A real positive is that the whole set matches my existing wall paint colors perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased!

The Lush Decor box was full of joys. We put up the rowley birds window curtains and linen button window valence and a breath of fresh air immediately swept into the kitchen. So refreshing. So brightening. Take a deep breath and sigh kind of thing. At the same time the curtains somehow brought cohesion and warmth to our kitchen too. I love how they perfectly fit our personal style of outside-in/modern farmhouse existing in the Mountain West…in fact they have helped us define it. And can we talk about the box for a sec? Our cat, Bogle, wanted me to pass on the following: #1 He fits in it perfectly. #2 It is his. #3 He now has a tabletop fortress; you have been warned. #4 He both loves and will eventually destroy it. I may have mixed up the numbers, ‘it is his’ was probably #1 since he got right into it. Thanks Lush Decor, you have made us all so happy!

I was so excited to find bedding with birds on it. My excitement ended quickly while making up the bed and noticed immediately an area the size of two large hands that wasnt quilted. Other than that area, the 3 quilts i purchased are nice.

Great customer service! They stayed in touch with me and monitored my ordered closely as Christmas was nearing. I was so nervous that my order would not arrive in time for my son to open on Christmas morning and they assured me that they would overnight it and it would arrive in time. They kept their word and it arrived just in time on Christmas Eve and I was so relieved. Now...that's GREAT Customer Service! I had a very happy kid!

If there was a 0 star that's what this criminal company deserves! Read through all of these reviews and pay close attention to their response, they have an excuse for everything!!! What it comes down to it, they don't care about you as a customer, their sucky/cheap/incorrectly advertised products and they WILL NOT do a damn thing to FIX THEIR PROBLEMS!!!! If you see a product by LushDecor, keep scrolling and shop elsewhere, you'll save yourself a lot of wasted time dealing with these criminals and you'll get a much better product!

I recently purchased the French country bedspread… I love it because the foot end of the bedspread is tailored straight down.... I wish the shams did not have the ruffled edge… It would be more in keeping with the tailored look of the bedspread… Other than that, I love it and the weight is perfect

I purchased 6 panels of the chenelle chevron curtains. All 6 were a different length. They were suposed to be 84" and mine ranged for 82" to 87". Reached out to custoner service where they told me there was nothing they can do. I now see the curtains are a problem. Im stuck with 6 panels of curtains that cost well over $200. Will not buy from this company anymore. I didnt even want my money back just the sz curtains that i ordered.

If there was a zero square that's what I would have checked.The curtain panels I bought were made from cheap polyester fabric and measured at 82 inches instead of 84 inches as stated on the packaging. Emailed customer service for a refund but they would not accommodate me because I did not buy them directly from their website. Lush Decor distributes to other stores and obviously sells them seconds. Strange thing is they asked me to take images of the labels with PO numbers, measure the length of the inferior curtains so they can contact their factories in China. Something they should do in the first place and not leave up to the paying customers.

This shower curtain in Gray/Blush is perfect for my newly renovated bathroom! The quality is unmatched and I am just thrilled!

I purchased a valance for my god daughters new home. It's beautiful, silky and soft! Easy to iron the fold marks out and looks like the picture and way I envisioned it. The only draw back is....the seams are NOT straight and am afraid it is going to hang cockeyed in spots! 😕

Just purchased curtains and I love them! Color and quality are perfect. Packaging was very nice. (1st time buyer)

I also had the opportunity to deal with Kim Foerst, who is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. I also bought curtains I hung them up for not even an hour. They let some much light in that you could see through them not only letting 70% light through like it said on the website. The light also highlighted huge runs down the curtains and I was told to iron them out. I do not own an iron and the runs did not look like they could be ironed out. the material itself was stressed where the runes were the material had pooled apart more than the rest of the fabric. I have dogs and regularly vaccume my couch twice a week. I layed the curtains on the couch so I could fold them nicely to pack them up. Kim would not give me my money back because there was a LITTLE hair on them even after admitting that the curtains were in mint condition themselves. I also accidentally threw out one of the cardboard paper but had the second one that is IDENTICAL to the other one. She wouldn't even reimburse me for one of them. By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I hope more people read the reviews to be warned to stay clear of this company, I wish I did.

Oh and by the way, all you will be bombarded with from Kim is excuses. She will do anything possible instead of making the situation right.

I bought curtains here last November and they are faded and Kim Forrest in customer service will not replace them . They are not a year old!! I can’t even get a refund either because I didn’t return them, well they were fine untill they started to bleed and fade!! Terrible quality and terrible customer service
