When I say I have never received better customer service, ever… I mean it!!!
I was sent the wrong item by mistake. And it had me stressing out since it was a gift. I reached out to customer service and he immediately said, “we are going to fix this and make it right. You will have it sent out and receive it by Friday” He stayed in contact with me, checked to make sure it was the correct thing being sent back out and expedited shipping so I would receive it in time.

Torn on how to rate. I fell in love with the Rowley Birds curtains and even more excited when I saw the matching bedspread. However when I received my shipment my heart was broken when I saw that they didn't match. The bedspread blue has more of a turquoise tint while the curtains are Navy blue, and the green is lighter. While i still like, not sure if I will keep.

I love how fast my sheets came.
The sheets are so luxuryious crisp but soft.
I will order thees for my king size bed.

The customer service is wonderful! I had an issue with one of the items I ordered and Todd, the customer service rep was truly a pleasure to deal with. He got back to me very quickly and got my issue resolved in a timely manner. The new item was shipped and delivered in 24 hours. I will definitely be shopping with Lush Decor again!

Todd Bergman went above and beyond to get my daughter’s comforter to her in Louisiana! He re-routed it and kept us posted every step of the way- and even covered the extra shipping because it was delayed. His customer service was exceptional and we truly appreciate his efforts!!

This was the first time I bought something from the company via a different seller , buy buy baby. There was an issue with the quilt purchased for my son, and buy buy baby wouldn’t do anything about it I reached out to Todd at lush and he went above and beyond! He made sure to understand what had happened and called me personally right away, something you don’t get from many companies. When working at a company you always want to make sure your customers are satisfied to the best interest and lush did exactly that. I am very happy with the company and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Todd Bergman and his team at Lush Decor went to great lengths to solve my problem... A set of cushions, one of which faded. They even tried to find a replacement at the production site! After all else failed, my entire purchase price was refunded, graciously.

I was devastated when my item arrived in a damaged box and the white blanket inside was stained red from the cardboard. Customer service was incredible. I had sent an email asking what I should do and before I could even got my call through the next morning they had sent a new blanket. Great customer service. No wait time on the phone. Issue resolved in seconds. Highly recommend ordering from Lush Decor.

Quality quilt, 100% cotton, reversible and no loose threads. Impeccable stitching. No runoff seams, all done quite professionally. I was blessed to receive this beauty for 39.57 & immediately after, price shot up! :) Now it's 73.99 :(
I'm forbidden from writing Reviews on Amazon because I tell the truth and AMZ sees that as interfering with their cut from unscrupulous Sellers calling clothes cotton/linen when they are NOT. So I'm banned.

The curtains I purchased were gorgeous, unique and well made. So, I ordered a second pair and received them quickly, unfortunately they were missing the ties so I notified the company and they immediately replied and sent them to me FedX. Wonderful customer service and quality product! I recommend them 100%!!

I ordered 9 sets of curtains from here and they were EXCELLENT and I was extremely satisfied. One package of curtains was missing a few accessory tab top loops so I emailed the company and they emailed me back right away and sent some replacements with the tracking number the next day! Thank you Todd!! Their customer service department is fantastic. I will be back!

I bought the “Sydney” cotton quilted reversible quilt in a queen size through Amazon sometime in 2022. Loved the colors and retro floral design! I hadn’t opened it until yesterday and I’m wondering why I waited so long!! It’s really lovely!
