Lush Decor Avis 

I ordered a quilt and shams but failed to update my shipping information. The product was on its way to my previous address as of yesterday. I spoke to Todd in Customer Service and he was excellent about everything. He stated he would check into it with FedEx and try to reroute it. He stated he would call me back the next day, which is today. He just called me and was able to get the product routed to my current address. He was probably the best Customer Service Rep. I’ve ever spoken to. Patient, thorough and professional. Thanks Todd and Lush Decor I will be back to shop again.

Todd's customer service was superior. I was having difficulty searching for a particular window treatment and he took his time and walked me through it. Not only did he take the time to hear my concerns, he assisted with results. Lush Decor has a loyal customer, because of Todd!!!

The product was delivered in a timely manner. The quality and presentation were great. I had a question while waiting for my order to arrive. She was truly friendly, knowledge able, and thorough rep and I appreciated hearing a human’s voice.

Received the liner, still waiting for the curtain and hooks🤔

The return process is unorthodox. They do not send a return label, instead request that you do so and communicate tracking information. The shipping label is paid for by you, the customer. Would not order from again.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience working with Todd Bergman. He understood my situation and worked efficiently to solve my problem. His communication skills are excellent. He was very courteous and I couldn't have asked for better service.

Todd Bergman went above and beyond with my order. I inquired about a matching curtain for bedspreads I already had in my cart. Todd promptly sent a reply. I chose another curtain and sent it off. Ordinarily, the order would have just been put through, but NO! Todd noticed my order and pulled it. Why? Because I ordered black spreads and Navy curtains. So he called me and we had a pleasant conversation . It seems the Navy twin spreads I wanted, didn’t come in that color. Todd and I confirmed a changed order where everything would be matching.
Being in customer service for over 35 years, I am frequently disappointed by how I get treated. You definitely have a gem in Todd. He cares for the company as well as the customers he serves

I would give it a 0 if I could

I received a comforter set that said it was neutral
and in the picture it showed the spread as neutral
but the ruffles were rust color. I have called three times and this last person I spoke with, Todd, told me it was just a shadow and was extremely rude
I told him to look at the picture as advertised and can't he see what I meant I didn't get what I ordered.
He must have a notebook with all the excuses. The
material was very cheap. He said they woul not take
it back. If they can't do the right thing by letting me return it I will never order again from them

No stars is what I'd really like to give!! This is the most CHEAPEST QUALITY.... THIS NEEDS TO BE SOLD AT DOLLAR GENERAL!! I would NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT! This is overpriced bedding for the quality. I bought a king quilt at khols and was SO DISSAPOINTED!!! NO WONDER IT WAS A RETURN AND ON CLARENCE! Well it's going back!

I bought a baseball quilt set for my son. It arrived very quickly. It's very soft and just perfect!

I ordered a blanket. My shipment came to me quickly via Fed Ex which I was pleasantly surprised. However, the blanket that came to me was not the one I ordered. This was due to the QRC being incorrectly labeled and nothing to do with fulfilment. I called customer service, and they were very helpful. My call was answered right away and the representative helping me personally saw to the correct blanket being sent out to me. This was customer service at its finest. I will be keeping Lush decor in mind for future purchases.

Excellent Customer service. I ordered curtains and unfortunately received the incorrect color. Customer Service ( Kim and Todd) were extremely helpful and quick to respond, even on a Sunday. They turned an error into an opportunity to provide excellent customer service. I will certainly order from Lush Decor again.

Ordered 3 panels, two matched up but one did not. Fortunately for me I put the matched pair on the larger sliding door. And the unmatched panel on another window in another room. Love the curtains but for the price I feel the finishing on the curtains should have been better. (A pucker in a seam, the lower corners turn up slightly. A small weight in the corners would have helped.) Had I not been under a time constraint I might have returned to try for another set.

Bought a comforter….it shipped quickly and was exactly as described. After opening, noticed a slight blemish in the fabric. Sent an email with pictures on a Sunday evening and received an immediate response from Kim saying they would replace the item. New replacement comforter shipped on Tuesday. Great customer service and communication. Would definitely order from Lush Decor again.

My drapes were reasonably priced & exactly as depicted online. They were shipped quickly. They look great!!

First of all I left a message on the weekend honestly thinking I would not get a call back. Therefore, I was very happily surprised to get a call back from Todd early the next morning. My dilemma was whether I ordered the wrong bedspread versus the one I wanted. He was very patient and explained what to do to find out.

Extremely wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend this company to everyone. Todd was great!
