Alot of choices. The delivery was quick, and placing the order was easy. It arrived packaged very nicely. I have been having a difficult time finding california king. Not only is the color rich and deep,the comforter is very well made, and is a perfect fit. They made a customer for life.

I bought two sets of the Wheat color in March of this year and I absolutely LOVE them! Unfortunately, I recently had some workers completely destroy the curtains which left me feeling overwhelmed and disappointed. I got on the Lush Decor website immediately and was relieved to see that my favorite curtains were in stock! I reordered two sets and Dana (customer service rep) had them shipped out to me in less than 24 hours! I have communicated with Dana a couple of times now, and I really appreciate her kindness and great customer service. I truly appreciate when a company exudes professionalism and kindness. Thank you again for your service. I will definitely recommend Lush Decor to my friends and neighbors!

I just discovered this company online--lovely items! I placed an order for a bedspread and a few minutes after doing that, realized they were running a special and I could have applied a 30% discount to my order. Thinking it was "after the fact" I decided to give it a try and emailed customer service to explain the situation, not counting on anything to result from my email. Imagine my delighted surprise when this morning (not even 24 hrs from placing my order) I received an email from Dana, telling me she had applied the discount to my order!! Truly above and beyond!! I highly recommend this company--not only because of the beautiful items they carry but for their outstanding customer service!!

I received my order and the sham had what appears to be bleach on it. I sent an email and a picture. I have a new set on the way! Excellent customer service. Not to mention the product is gorgeous.

was a bit concerned when I had an issue with a valance I purchased. I wrote the company and immediately they sent a replacement. they were courteous and efficiently delivered the replacement promptly. I received communication throughout thr process. wonderful company where customer satisfaction matters. thank you! I will choose you again and again.

I absolutely love these curtains. They arrive in a soft packaging and then folded inside a nice thick zipper bag. There really is no wrinkles and the opening to put your rod through is large enough so it can accommodate a larger or perhaps thicker rod. The design of leaves are very pretty and deliciated looking and the print does not over whelm the room also the combination of the buttons which I'm hooked on and the different top color comes together for a nice balance and contrast.. This is my third set however my other ones are with no design they are also beautiful .I love this brand and I would highly recommend,

The customer service to correct a wrong order size was extremely timely and easy. Kim responded by email quickly, corrected my order, and even applied my 20% off coupon. My order was fixed and the item was delivered within the week. Excellent customer service is rare to find these days, but this team/company has it!

First time shopper with Lush and my first impression is they are amazing. Unfortunately, I was a victim to porch thieves but when I brought this up with Dana from Lush, she went above and beyond. She ensured my reshipment was sent out speedily and would get here by the date I needed it. She was so helpful and informative in assisting with another package that wasn’t even from Lush! She seriously knows how to do her job with excellence and a happy heart. I will continue to shop with Lush solely because Dana gave me an experience I will never forget. Management, please give her a shout out! She’s amazing.

I recently had an issue with bedding I purchased from Lush Decor. I called after hours not expecting to get a return call. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Todd Bergman the next morning. He could not have been nicer or more helpful than he was. He went out of his way to correct the issue and personally checked my next order to insure there were no issues before shipping it out. This was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered a valance for my kitchen, and I absolutely love it! it’s made of high-quality fabric in pairs perfectly with my other decor. When I noticed a button was missing, I contacted customer service, and Todd was more than happy to help me out and shipping me a couple of extra buttons at no cost to me!

This item is terrible!! There is a seam all around the embroidery like they tacked on 10 inches all around the outside. The material is super cheap- so hideous!!!

I just want to let you know about your customer service representative Dana Machette. I accidentally ordered the wrong curtains and sent an email off almost immediately. Dana responded first thing and corrected my mistake and even refunded me the money. My goodness, she needs to be rewarded for her quick response, her kindness and her efficiency. I’ve really never received such great customer service! One thing my friends and I discuss fairly often is the lack of customer service anymore! Cheers to Dana and to Lush Decor……..you better believe I’ll be doing more business with your company and Dana needs a promotion. She didn’t hesitate for one minute! Keep her as your representive!

the customer service I received from Todd Bergman was unmatched! He stuck with me through an issue and helped to see that it got resolved. He was quick to respond and went above and beyond to solve the problem.

I will never buy from this store again. The product was not as advertised. The return policy is terrible and they do not care about their customers.
