Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The item I ordered was out of stock and they actually called me to let me know of the delay. I was able to change the ship to address necessitated by the delay. Great company. Will buy from again.

Lush Decor Customer Service is great!!
When I received the cute little elephant decorative pillow that goes with the elephant quilt that I purchased, I was sad because the pillow was so wrinkled, I knew I could not use it. I took pictures of all four sides to show the wrinkles, and one of the top to show the wrinkles around the pink elephant's nose and sent it off to Lush Decor. I did not expect the wonderful reaction that I received. Not only did they send me a new pillow (which I received today and love so very much), Lush Decor has been sending me coupons to use in the future. I am VERY pleased with the customer service provided by Lush Decor. THANK YOU very much.

Beautiful curtains
Our curtains are beautiful and arrived quickly. I am very pleased and would order from Lush Decor again. A huge bonus is that the price was about the same as if I had got them from a big box store. I had no issues so I cannot speak to their customer service.

I do most of my inline business with…
I do most of my inline business with Amazon but like the look of these curtains so decided to give them a try. The fabric on these curtains was of decent quality but the color was off. If you are expecting a traditional ivory then do not order these curtains. They are much more yellow than the picture depicts. The company rep insisted that the color was the same and would not refund my shipping costs. Will keep my business with Amazon.

I am sorry to hear the color didn't work out for you. However, two people in the office looked at the curtains that came back to us and agreed the color matches what's shown on the packaging. It is our policy that customers are responsible for return shipping when we send the correct items(s) and the item(s) are not defective. We tried to be as transparent as possible and make that absolutely clear before the return was made that if the color was close, the refund would be less the return shipping cost.

I had searched everywhere trying to find this product that was no longer being made. Lush Decor actually, contacted me to let me know that while cleaning out the warehouse, they had found one. That goes above and beyond good customer service!

I bought the Serena comforter 3 years ago and it was amazing. Super plush, heavy, and great quality. It was time for a new one, so I repurchased and the new one is NOTHING like the original. So cheap, rough, thin, and all around terrible. So disappointed that the quality in products at lush has decreased. Will be returning immediately.
