I ordered a replacement comforter
I ordered a replacement comforter, when it was time to ship the customer service rep informed me that their inventory was off and they didn't have one in stock. She offered me another comforter at the same price, I told her my room was decorated around this, so I asked for a refund instead. Three next business day she went out to the warehouse and found and shipped the comforter set I ordered. This is excellent customer service and I will definitely order from Lush Decor again. Their customer service is impeccable

Disappointed
Out of the 3 curtain sets that I ordered: one was damaged, the second one was good and I was not satisfied with the quality of third one. I returned the third one but to my dismay I was charged return shipping fee. Will be careful while buying from vendors directly. Better to but same thing from chain stores as return policies are better.

Thank you for providing your honest feedback. We do want to clarify that the damaged curtain was refunded immediately without return. Our return policy does specify that if an item is not defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do also allow customers to return via their own shipping method if they have a cheaper option available to them than what we can offer.
I love the curtains as a whole
I love the curtains as a whole. You can use them interchangeable, meaning I can the bottom for the top and the top as the bottom. My only slight grimace is that I was that the color was more of a Red,than A Burgundy Red.. Not the end of the world though.

Poor Customer Service
The curtains were much sparklier in person than in the picture so I wanted to return them. I was a first time buyer on Lush Décor and did not check the return policy. The curtains were on sale so they are NOT returnable. I was offered 50% off my next order but I'm certainly not spending ANY more money at Lush Décor. I am a customer service oriented person and I feel for a first time visitor to their website- Lush should have refunded me.

We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your panels. We do try to make it very clear that clearance items are not eligible for return. All final sale items also have the statement that reads "This item is not returnable. Please read our return policy to learn more about final sale items." listed in the item description and have the words "final sale" in bold orange font right above the unit price. We put that information in those multiple places because we want it to be as clear as possible and are not interested in tricking our customers.

Not great
The comforter I bought looked so much better on the website. When I received and unpacked it the material looked so cheap, and it really was. Threads started coming loose almost immediately and all the material inside the comforter itself bunches in clumps so it looks odd and lumpy. I can’t even wash it at home, the tag says I need to take it to the dry cleaners if I ever want it cleaned. It’s ugly, cheap and a pain to clean, I really regret this purchase

While most of our bedding sets are safe to machine wash and dry, we always make it clear in the item description when an item is dry clean only because we don't want anyone to be surprised.
