Excellent customer service!
I came in to get passenger side window replaced and was greeted by Justyna who was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.
The manager and owner Mus was very understanding of my circumstances and was willing to help in anyway he could.
The window was sourced and fitted promptly. I can honestly say that the service was truly excellent. These guys were very friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Mus and Justyna.

Windscreen Replacement
Hi,
I have my car windscreen replace on 9/11/2021. The garage is in Arundel Road. The Staff is polite and do the job less than the time they gave me. Good service. Highly recommended the service. I left the premises happy. I suggests to improve cleanliness in the toilet and kitchen.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Came here located at Arundel Road, my window got smashed from a garden strimmer and they had the correct glass in stock to refit my window. They fitted it without clearing the glass first as I watched. They charged me and after driving home it was rattling and so I called back. They guy appeared to be helpful and trustworthy and offered for me to come back and get it fixed. On return they denied all responsibility, patronised me saying I had a lack of understanding and two men were arguing my case for wanting a refund or a good job. They were rude, aggressive and are fraudsters. They shouted at me because they didn’t want to fix the shoddy job they had done.
Save yourselves the hassle and find a respectable dealer!

As my staff have done this job the same day you left the review.
However unsatisfactory you have written about my business actions you have not taken the time to remove this false review.
But you believe you can threaten me with bringing your father to my premises and leave false reviews will help you it did not as my staff finished the job before you even left my business premises.
All I can advise you young lady is don’t threaten me and my staff please it’s not human behaviour.

Customer service is non existent. They booked an Not with me for 8:30AM, I get here they are closed and half asleep. Once opening up, they say the first Mot is 9am. They then call their MOT garage and then confirm the first appointment is 9:30AM.... After I've got here at 8:30 and sat there waiting. Not a single apology or anything, just "I don't know".
Absolute rubbish and total timewasters, I could have booked somewhere decent in this time.

After using my workshop on more than one occasion.
You believe we are not a decent workshop?
Please remember what you pay for labour at my workshop before comparing prices with huge corporations.
You ask for decent service standards then pay for decent prices so that staff can be sent for decent training to decent education providers and in return you get decent quality service.
Don’t make accusations that you cannot backup with evidence.
If MOT station was not operational due to government VOSA technical breakdown of their on line system to log your car. This does not account for you through out in public forums bad reviews about my business.
Everyone else knows how we are and it’s impossible to make bargain hunters happy when they want premium quality standards workmanship in return.
Hope you did finally get your Mot inspection done.
