Not a bad service
Spoke with gentleman on the phone about a issue with the vehicle and initially wasn’t too pleased with how he spoke but work was good nevertheless.

Horrible Place to take your car
This place is absolutely the last place you want to take your car to,
had bad experience with them for my car's AC diagnose.
they try to make as much money as they can from you.
gave me quote of £750 +VAT for AC compressor
and charged £60 for diagnostic and didn't even tell me the issue.
they are on ARRUNDEL ROAD LUTON NOT IN WELLINGTON ST..

You need to pay more than £60.00 for diagnostics inspection as you were told but didn’t want to give any money for inspection. We told you compressor was not engaging and you had to pay more money to find out the issue. You refused and now you give me red one star and hold me responsible for no diagnostics report. I need to be paid to find out the fault.

They did Air conditioner diagnose and charged me £60, advised me to change Air condenser and I put new Air condenser but still not working, they failed to diagnose actual problem. when I come back to them now they are saying you need to rebook your car and leave with us up to one week then we will diagnose again might be problem somewhere else and will charge you again £60 for diagnose and rest of the work £80/hour , minimum 4 hours job plus parts. I spent £320( AC condenser and Gas) as per their advised without any reason. They know that it is taxi so, due to that saying leave car for one week. They knew that due to fear of loosing money, I will not leave my car with them for one week. These are non professional people. Never use them. These people specially AC technician is a learner and just making money and their garage located at arundel road.

I did do diagnostic inspection for your air conditioning system on your car for £60.00 and informed you it was a condenser. You did not have the work carried out at my workshop instead decided to take it somewhere else. You then came back to hold me responsible for another workshop workmanship. We informed you when you returned that it’s my diagnostic and it’s up to me to put it right but you are not prepared for me to fix at my workshop and be responsible for the air conditioning to work on the car. I am sorry to inform you that I believe my diagnostic inspection to be true and unless you don’t pay me for my work I will not do it for free or correct other mechanics flaws. Be reasonable to hard working people. Need to spend your own money to fix your own car instead of asking workers to fix your car for free.
Hope you can understand I need money to fix the car you own just because I have a business does not mean we will fix your car because you want to threaten me with bad reviews.
Please feel free to come into the workshop make an appointment at the desk and I will get a qualified engineer to explain to you and consult with you what is the best way forward with your poor view of a well established business.

I had a meeting with Owner and Manager to address work carried out on my BMW 116i previously by them.
I couldn’t of asked for any more .. They are both FANTASTIC hard working people.They explained in detail repairs done to my car and parts fitted.
I left there with a smile on my face 😃 Great Team very professional how they handled the situation.
I WILL BE DEFINITELY USING THEM AGAIN!

I booked my car in with Luton Automotive for a new clutch and flywheel and body shop repairs. The service I received was outstanding. I was updated of the progress with pictures and the job itself was done in a timely manner. Musayyib is very thorough with his knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend!
