75 emails asking for a refund after two shipments were not received. They are offering 60% money back. I received nothing.

This is the same company using the names medivita-toronto, celestvera, - they are all the same - no items received-bogus tracking information- same emails and "Emma" AI customer service that will never connect you to a live person. MAJOR SCAM!!!!

I only gave it a 1 because 0 was not an option. I ordered my item, waited patiently for more than a month for package. The tracking number provided at purchase was did not exist in any USPS system. Eventually I contacted customer service via email only. I was finally given a tracking number, it said my package had been delivered. It was not, and now its been too long & USPS wont take a claim anymore. Usps was kind enough to look it up and confirmed that the city and state were the only correct thing on the address label. So basically, they took the money, provided bad information for tracking addressed package incorrectly, and then gave good information when it was too late to make a claim. They did no research and as a customer you should expect to have to act as your own customer service representative. Their AI will continue to send generic follow up requests. I have requested a refund for 5 emails.

They sound good … oh don’t report us to PayPal we can sort it all out.., still haven’t received the package it’s evidently roaming around with some courier according to them . THEY put the wrong address on it and now want me to run around everywhere trying to find it !! THE COURIER says the tracking number is wrong .. THEY are not listening just sending the same pre prepared messages .. tired of it Al l and want a refund .. but doubt I ll get it . Rubbish company and not a good advertisement for DRAGONS DEN as that’s where this product was discovered ..

Bought this says it works instantly but nothing..request to return and the customer service was absolutely awful…wouldn’t let me return and only offered 10%refund really not happy…advertisement is AI because it’s just water big con 😡

False advertising to a product that fixes eye health !
I have ordered and instead i received a cheap chinese glassess that were doing some kind of massage to the eyes, really nothing then what i have ordered.
I then requested to return and receive refund and they denied, saying that they do not accept and instead they offered me a 30% refund.

Bought this product after seeing it on line.
Save your money it doesn't do what it says.
I found it actually stings a little on application but the sensation it didn't last. It didn't make the slightest difference to my eyes.
Just a load of hype

Honestly, if I could offer a ZERO star review, I would do that. This company seems to be a scam. I ordered a product that I never received, and they refuse to refund me the money I spent. They offer to send more "product", but why would I do that and then have to go through the same thing when that doesn't show up? They will steal your money. Please do yourself a favor and RUN, do not walk, away from this company.

Absolute scam. It’s been 2 months and not only did I never receive my order, but my “one time courtesy” replacement order never arrived and I cannot get anyone to refund me. Nightmare.

Ordered a product from therm May 18, '26. It reached the USPS in Chicago May 27. The product then took a trip around the US getting the postage audited at every stop, at one point the USPS had the postage marked as counterfeit for the package. I reached out to the seller, and their customer service stated that the product was delivered on May 28. They fought me tooth and nail for the next 2 weeks, offering things like a 25% discount if I order again, or 50% of my money back and a 50% discount to order again... But never anything to make it fully right. I gave them 4 opportunities to make it right (each offer taking 48 hours for response) and none of them were reasonable. Each one left me paying them more money to order something else.

I had to dispute through PayPal to get my money back. Finally, July 15 PayPal completed the investigation and gave me ALL my money back. You'd be crazy to purchase anything from this company after reading this review.

Complete scam. The website states a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and when I contacted them and sent photos for proof that it didn’t work, they would only offer a 20% refund. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card to get my money back.

Site is 100% fraudulent. Item was not delivered and they want to offer me a 15% refund. They are so incompetent they will not even look up their own tracking numbers on their own site.. when you click track it shows my item undelivered still from may.. its now almost mid June. After multiple complaints ,they offered me a 15% refund. I have now opened up a fraud charge on PayPal on them.. and will pursue.

the lip plumper does not work - I use it morning and night AND there is no way to contact support - this company seems to be closed down I get:

AND I have no email correspondence from this company so they must have used a different name when I bought 2

If I could give it 0 stars I would my wife ordered self tanner patches and she never received them paid 50+ dollars and she bought shipping insurance and all and when she reached out and said she never received the product they insisted that it was delivered and we have cameras and nothing was delivered this is absolutely absurd! I encourage everyone not to do business with this company they are obviously inexperienced in the way business transactions work
