Booking the car and communication when I was paying was very straightforward and quick. But when it came to giving me back my security deposit I had to chase them and call numerous times only to be refunded after several days only part of my security deposit. They cited some rule about keeping 500 euro for 90 days in case I incurred any fines while driving their car. Well 90 days came and went and I didn’t receive my 500 euro back. When I chased them I was told in a few days and when I chased again, no response. Completely ignoring me and not refunding me my money. Ridiculous

Rented a beautiful Ferrari convertible to drive around Sicily. The delivery was perfect, the driver kept us informed at every stage and even sent photos when he boarded the ferry to Sicily! The car itself was gorgeous and everything was exactly as promised. The driver even went out of his way to deliver to our hotel which was further away from town than we realized. Communication via WhatsApp was simple and all deposits were refunded. Great experience — we would definitely rent again.

Had a Mercedes V-Class delivered to our hotel in Florence. Delivery was about 10 minutes late because of traffic, but the driver kept us updated. The vehicle was spotless.

I had a fantastic experience renting a Ferrari Portofino from Luxury Rental Cars Group. The car was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and driving through the beautiful hills north of Florence was an unforgettable experience.
Stefano provided excellent service, delivering and collecting the car at my hotel, which made everything very convenient. Communication was always quick, friendly, and professional.
There was an issue with the security deposit due to a payment processing error, but the team handled it professionally, kept me informed, and resolved everything quickly. I really appreciated how they took responsibility and made sure the issue was solved.
I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend Luxury Rental Cars Group to anyone looking for a great Ferrari rental experience in Italy.

Rented a Lamborghini Urus for four days in Milan. The car was exactly as advertised and the pickup at the airport was quick. Everything went smoothly.

Would like further details of what the business does not agree with. These certainly haven't been documented to me in any form whatsoever.

They have essentially "ghosted" me and refused to return my 3000 euro deposit.

I'm also not sure how "all aspects of the rental were handled and documented according to the agreed rental terms" - if this means not responding / providing any reason for not returning my bond (other than the extra km's for 776 euro) then the owner of this "business" is completely delusional.

Avoid this company at all costs!

We rented a luxury Mercedes for a special occasion in September 2025. It is now nearly 10 months later and we are still chasing them for the refund of our deposit; they simply stopped responding on WhatsApp (some 2 weeks after we returned the car) and now don’t reply to emails. On the first day we got the car, the service light came on saying it was overdue for a service; then followed a message urgently advising us to top up the oil. The customer service throughout this process was atrocious and caused extreme stress to us in what should have been a relaxing holiday; smart ass responses in a very dismissive manner. Certainly not service you would expect from a “luxury” car rental company.

After we returned the car, they tried to pin us for some damage to the car, which we definitely did not cause. They also stung us for extra km’s (which we initially disputed given the state of the car when we picked it up & the need to urgently locate the correct oil, but later accepted as it was part of their T&C’s). They sent us a screenshot for a refund of 776 euros (which we never reveived) out of our total deposit of 3000 euros.

No explanation of why our deposit has not been refunded. Hopefully this review serves as both a warning to potential future customers and to the business owner/operator to do the right thing and at least respond to our messages.

I rental a Ferrari Portofino while I was staying just outside Florence, almost as a last-minute decision. I picked it up early in the morning to avoid traffic and spent a few hours driving through the roads around the Tuscan countryside. I stopped for a coffee in a small village before continuing, and that ended up being one of my favorite parts of the day. The V8 engine sounds even better than I expected, especially on the quieter roads. The whole rental process felt straightforward, and the experience was more relaxed than I had imagined.

Rented a G Wagon while staying near Naples because we planned on driving down smaller coastal roads and needed enough room for luggage too. Surprisingly comfortable even during longer drives, and it handled rougher roads better than I expected. The pickup process was quick enough that we were on the road maybe 20 minutes after arriving.

I had always wanted to drive a Ferrari in Italy at least once, so renting the Portofino near Lake Garda felt like checking something off my bucket list. We drove alongside the lake around sunset and the entire experience almost felt cinematic. A few people stopped to take photos of the car while we were parked near a café, which definitely added to the fun of it.

Used a BMW X7 during a family holiday around Venice and Verona. We originally thought parking such a large SUV would be annoying in Italy, but it ended up being worth it just for the comfort during longer drives. My kids actually slept most of the ride between cities, which almost never happens. Small detail, but the car smelled fresh and felt properly cleaned when we picked it up.

Booked a Ferrari 296 during a weekend trip in Bologna and honestly spent the first ten minutes just staring at it before driving off. The roads outside the city were surprisingly open early in the morning, which made the drive even better. What stood out most was how smooth the whole process felt. No unnecessary delays, confusing paperwork, or awkward upselling at pickup.

I rented a Mercedes G Class while visiting Rome because I needed something practical but still comfortable for a longer road trip afterward. The SUV handled highway driving really nicely, especially heading toward the Amalfi Coast. I’ve had luxury rentals before where the car looked tired in person, but this one actually felt well maintained and taken care of.

I hired a car for 4 days. And everything was smooth from transaction to delivery to collection of car back. All the commitments were completed. I was stuck few times and really got immediate help from the owners of the car. They were available 24 hrs. Thank you guys for the great experience and good luck for the future business..

that is the most shit company in the world never see, 2 month and they do not do the refund yet, and even they do not delivery the car when was the time, is 0/10 company, never take with that company a car if you want feel stress.

We hired a G-Wagon and a Range Rover Sport for three days road trip in the Napoli and surrounding area. Excellent service, professional and prompt, and the cars themselves were delivered very clean and picked up without any hassle.
There were a couple of issues to be dealt with completely out of the control of the Company and they did a great job in sorting them out. The communication throughout - both before and during the trip - was very responsive.
Well done to Andrea, Bruno and Simone. When we come to Italy again we will use their services as they were that good!

Andrea & his team were very prompt & efficient for the coordination of the BMW convertible I had rented for 7 days in March.

I was in Rome for four nights last week and mostly needed somewhere practical because I was out exploring during the day. Check-in took only a few minutes when I arrived in the early evening, and everything was pretty much how it had been described beforehand. There weren’t any unexpected charges, which was something I had been paying attention to before booking. I used the place mainly to come back, shower, and rest after being out most of the day. A couple of days after I checked out, the deposit came back without me having to chase anyone. Overall it felt straightforward and easy.

We used their chauffeur service for a day trip around Tuscany during our stay near Florence. The driver showed up right on time at our hotel and the pickup process was straightforward. We spent most of the day visiting a couple of wineries and stopping in smaller towns along the way. What I appreciated most was not having to deal with narrow roads or parking in busy areas. The ride was comfortable, the schedule stayed flexible and the day felt relaxed instead of rushed. Overall, it was a smooth experience and worked well for the kind of trip we had planned.

Used the Mercedes CLE Cabrio during a short stay in Florence last month. Picked it up in the afternoon and drove out toward the Chianti area before heading back into the city at night. The car was comfortable for longer drives and surprisingly easy to handle on the narrower roads outside the center.

One small downside was communication later in the evening. I sent a message about drop-off details and didn’t hear back until the next day. Everything still worked out fine, but surprise quick response. Other than that, the rental process was smooth and the car was in good condition when I received it.

Paid infront for car + insurance + deposit and they just stopped answering on whatsapp
