Thisis the second time this company have been used through my insurance and twice they have been
incapable of handing a clean cut case. they have caused more stress than needed and they will never talk directly to you, they have dismissed this case causeing us great expence to engage a proper scolicitor.

Marco has been absolutely brilliant after taking over the case.
We have been kept informed throughout and nothing has been too much trouble.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use Lyons Davidson in the future should it be necessary.

It has been a long hard slog to get what I was entitled too but to be fair Lyons Davidson did everything possible to in their power it was the third party although they admited liability before I even went to Lyons Davidson that have drawn out the process for 2 years and 2 months. Would use Lyon’s Davidson again

Review:
Lyons Davidson assessed my whistleblowing detriment claim under my Arc Legal policy. Unfortunately, the assessment contained multiple factual errors and missed key evidence that I had submitted weeks earlier.

They stated I had provided no examples of overpayments being concealed — despite me sending full details on 8 October, including several thousand pounds owed to clients, clients chasing refunds, and evidence no refunds had been issued.

They also stated I had not disclosed concerns externally, ignoring that ACAS advised me to do so and I reported to HMRC and the Insolvency Service on 15 October.

Their response to my review says I simply “didn’t like the advice,” but that is not the issue. The issue is that their assessment did not reflect the actual evidence I provided and appears to have been made without fully reviewing the documents.

I have now asked Arc Legal for a second opinion.

I hope this feedback helps other LEI customers know what to expect and encourages the firm to review evidence more thoroughly in future.

Three years on from my car accident the matter has still not been resolved despite the other party admitting full liability.
The case handler does not reply to my messages in a timely manner, never retinas my phone calls and seems to have a poor understanding of the facts of the case. He is continually losing documents which I them have to supply again - in some cases several times.
These people are useless - avoid

I hate giving negative reviews but I feel I have no choice with this service, if they need help improving their service.

My case handler was not responsive for most of my queries posted to my portal, even coming to the point when my wife was waiting for calls to be returned from management but they never replied even though they said they would.

This was not a good experience, and for times I felt the whole matter stressful.

I would not recommend this company due to not being kept up to date and the length of time it took for a resolution. It took my wife's phone calls before they chased up a technical issue which was causing delays and information I provided as regards to my claim was lost!!

My original case handler was changed midway through my claim and I wasn't even informed.

I am delighted to have had the professional assistance over a dispute I had which without the solicitor's help I'd have given up.

They acted for me and consequently removed my anguish in dealing with the rogue traders.
