Ski booking
Most of the staff I have spoken to have a grounding of knowledge but Duncan is the most helpful and easiest to communicate with. Everything runs smoothly with booking and we have transfers booked with a sister company and have never been let down.

Very helpful lady on the phone who just got on with it and did what i wanted
I have used MV a few times now and been back to same hotel each time, so I know exactly what i want and how the Hotel and booking work. I greatly appreciated that the lady on the phone just did what I asked and didn't try to influence my choices or sell me any extras.

Perfect Customer Service
I've stayed several times at Cami Real, and I'm going to stay again this summer for a week. I can recommend it. Nice accommodation in a nice village. I had to change my booking within 24 hrs from the reservation, and the people from Madame Vacances UK have done it really well and fast. Can´t be more happy with the solution.

Very helpful agents
Having phoned to clarify quite a list of aspects about a skiing holiday in La Plagne Soleil, the agent who answered the phone was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest; being very happy to spend a significant amount of time answering my questions. The net result being that I was happy to make the booking safe in the knowledge that I understood what I was getting.

The sales assistant was great
Very helpful assistant who helpful, cheerful and efficient.
Only part way through the booking as initial deposit only paid, adn we have not stayed in the accommodation yet.
