I ordered a sample of one of the flooring products, after a couple of weeks we ordered. MadeOfWood spotted that since our sample was sent the manufacturing of the product we ordered had changed, they sent me a new sample before sending me a pallet load of potentially the wrong thing. Proper customer service.
