Absolutely horrendous don't bother,the company as a hole is a shit show I must of sent at least 10 emails some saying I hadn't received the hose a month after paying and some stating I wanted to cancel after receiving no reply to previous emails , there communication skills is the worse

Promised to deliver Magic Hose 'next day', but it never arrived. No responses to my many emails and phone calls just ring out. They haven't even acknowledged by order cancellation or confirmed my refund. I am about to take action to recover my money through my credit card company. There is nothing magic about this company so be warned and stay well away.

As every one else has said, so wished I had read the reviews, Cannot begin to tell you DO NOT BUY FROM THiS COMPANY ) trying to return a weed burner ( rubbish ) had one response with no details in over a week, phone rings out so not waste your time or you money

Avoid at all costs. Delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Been waiting a month for delivery. No communication. Raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Awful customer service. A phone number that just rings out. Item delayed immediately when ordered and no update given when it did not arrive on the revised date. Use AI for any replies that make no sense! I went through my credit card issuer to get the order disputed and canceled! Please Avoid! Try Robert Dyas who have a very similar expandable hose!

Absolutely bogus company , ordered hose 18/5 , had confirmation email to confirm payment and to await delivery email . This never happened of course and dispite several emails ( no reply) and calls (no answer) still no hose !!! Fortunately my credit card company have refunded me . Whatever you do don’t fall for this scam ! First time for me I’ve been done over !!! Should have looked on Trustpilot !!!

I ordered the magic hose and no delivery received. No response to emails. This appears to be a scam and on reading other reviews l wish l had looked at them before parting with my money. Luckily my bank has fully refunded me

Ordered my hose 17th may it’s now 1st June and no hose terrible company no way to speak to them! They don’t answer their phone . Don’t touch this company stay clear

Fake advertising/reviews. Never received my hosepipe & unable to get in touch with company, so unless my bank can help then I guess my hard earned cash has gone to waste. So cross that shit companies like this get away with it time & time again 😡

The offer was for two chairs and free cushions. No cushions sent. Answered one email then had totally ignored me. No answer on customer service number. Going to Trading Standards

Don’t waste your time and money on this product. We have been trying to replace it for over 10 days and there has been no response either by email or over the phone. The product supplied is faulty as in the spray does not fix to the hosepipe. Waste of money!

Very very bad product. All the reviews on the site are fake as you can find multiple reviews from same people. I am trying to return the product and I am getting very poor response every time, they are not even accepting the return request, it’s a scam website, stay away and use your money to buy something that will last.

First hose split after 2nd use. They sent a replacement. 2nd hose split on 1st use.

After some back and forth, videos sent for proof etc I asked for a refund only to be told I was past the 28 day refund policy… 🤦🏻‍♀️

They have agreed to send a 3rd hose which I guess I’ll donate.

Waste of money. Don’t buy these unless your water pressure is equivalent to the drip of a melting ice cube.

Absolutely awful company, I bought a hose but it would kot reach so boxed up and sent back. They are saying cannot refund as used. I said it's not used I put it on tap wouldn't reach so boxed again and sent back. Now they won't answer emails. Absolute cowboys 🤠 happy to take tour money and it seems keep your money though yoi have no product. Absolutely atrocious customer service

You won’t get a refund.
They don’t answer the phone. Emails are designed for stalling and avoidance of refunds.
Give this company a very wide swerve.

Warning do not use this product ( Magic Hose) they do not work and they do not give you money back under their guarantee.
The hose is cheap rubbish and leaks order a Hoselock

I purchased a 75 meter magic-hose which turned up the next day as two separate hoses, a 45 m and a 30 m and these look ok, but they are coupled by a cheap bit of plastic which disconnects and splashes everywhere after about ten seconds. Despite repeated emails, they just told me to push it together harder!
I did purchased a brass connector from toolstation for about a £1 which worked to a fair degree although it still leaked. I would not use this company. Oh, and my reviews did not get onto their site, they are a bunch of crooks.

Brought a magic hose and it split down the side on the 4th use. Waste of money.

The connectors on Magic Hose were different to what was shown on the box, the tap end leaked and I couldn’t connect the spray head. In short, I had a handful of email exchanges with ‘Customer Service’ to try and resolve this, sent pictures, received ‘instructions’ in emails that didn’t make any sense, so I asked for instructions to return the hose. I sent it back and was told that the hose was in perfect working order but they would only refund 80% because the box was damaged. I had, of course, opened it. There is more, but in short I wouldn’t recommend buying this product or dealing with this company. I have received my refund of 80% of the original purchase price. To Magic Hose (if you read these reviews): my experience with your product and your company was frustrating and awful. You consistently fell short of answering my questions and not once did you provide information that was useful. I’d suggest you review how you handle customers who actually just want a working product without the hassle.

I ordered the first hose for my elderly mother as she was struggling with a 'regular' hose. Unfortunately, she used it once and it sprung a leak. The customer service replaced it for which we were grateful. However, less than a year later the entire hose has disintegrated. It was expensive. The idea is great but the quality is terrible and therefore it's a waste of money.
