Bought 2 x 90m hoses and that arrived in 4 separate hose pipes that they told me later to connect together. First of all that’s not what I purchased.

Secondly the so called 45m only extended to max 20m and I was told it was my water pressure to which I’ve never experienced with these type of hose pipes before.

They’ve offered to refund but I have to pay.

Totally dishonest and not fit for purpose and I’ve wasted £139.00.

Please be wary.

Initially was thrilled as the magic hose was so much easier to use - lighter and did not kink. However, within a couple fo weeks, part ofthe seam along the length split so it became useless and I am back to my old heavy hose. Having looked at the reviews, it doesn't look as though I would get any joy from trying to complain to the company.

I am in the process of a dispute through my credit card about my purchase on which until now has not been delivered. Although, there is a telephone number to call them but it will just ring and no one will pick it up. I ordered on the 8th of August and we are now on the 16th. THIS COMPANY IS FAKE!

Sent item that was nothing like the advertised product. Took a week to reply to email and I have no confidence that I will be refunded for the return despite following the LONG list of return instructions

I bought two hoses just over a week ago and was drenched when turning on the water. No rubber washers at either end of the hose. Four phone calls to their customer service but no response and no answerphone. So completed the online form with comments but no reply. Phoned again yesterday but no response so entered critical review on their website,
It has not been published - no surprise ! Having bought a pack of washers both hoses are working well so two stars for this but zero for non-existent customer service.

I’m actually unsure if this company is even trading any longer. I can only assume the 5 star reviews are all fake. Do not buy from this company ! I’m in the process of getting a refund via my bank as there is no way of contacting the company no one answers the phone and the online form once filled out doesn’t go through as if this account has been disabled.

Hello. A very unhappy magic hose purchaser, i waited nearly 4 weeks for my hose to arrive.
As a good will gesture their customer service offered me another additional hose, which i agreed to, and was giving this to my parents.
So in total i should have received 2 hoses.
Now another 4-5 weeks passed and no delivery. Magic hose do not have a phone customer service even though they have a number the phone just rings and rings no one there.
I had high hopes as thousands of good reviews.
But they don't reply with correct information got my order number wrong said was delivered when it has not! Very frustrated. What are you going to do Magic Hose to look into my missing delivery??

I ordered a hose which was sent to the wrong and non existing address. It looks as if they have just dumped it outside some arbritary house
So far they have refused a replacement or refund, simply stating that it was delivered.
No answer on phone.
Will probably get amazon involved as they did shipping but they are flip flopping on responsibility.

Really terrible company to deal with .My order has taken forever and when I asked for the order to be cancelled I was told it had been sent so could not get a refund furious with the whole deal

Wish I had looked at this before ordering! Placed the order which says next day delivery. Five days later I have not received a confirmation email or my order. They do not pick up the phone or answer emails. Trying to dispute the charge with my bank.

Don’t not buy from!!!! No customer services no reply to emails terrible unsafe products! Save your self time and money!!!!

Shows as delivered but parcel not here, rang emailed never get a reply. So paid for something I haven’t got

Have purchased 2 of their extra long hours pipes and within a day of using one of them it had massive holes! Emailed numerous times and rang many times, the phone never connects, I will be reporting them to trading standards

The hose started leaking just a couple of weeks after I got it. I wanted to complain and get a replacement or money refunded. So I wrote several emails to them, then filled in the online form several times, tried to phone, but of course that failed. I just couldn’t get any response from them at all. Do not buy from this company!

I have called ,emailed them 10x ,and never write a review ,but had too this time! Talking about 40£, not even alot.
Taken to the bank now,for a refund.

Just another Chinese company,set up here with u.k addresses to look real.
