My carefully packaged box arrived extremely quickly with regular updates about the progress of my order, including a one hour time slot for actual delivery.

Excellent Products & Service. I bought a candle set at Bath Christmas Market in 2017 and broke the ring, as I wanted a replacement and another candle for a gift I phoned left a message they rang me back within an hour and they sent a new ring to me with my order, which arrived within 2 days well packaged. I was really pleased and the people are nice to deal with, Josh was my point of contact.
I saw their products in Bath and they are really high quality along with the presentation packaging, so if you're nervous to buy on line don't be, you will be so pleased when your order arrives.

I just want to let everyone know how wonderful my experience has been at Maiden Dorset. I've purchased two separate gifts from them and have had such a great experiences. I first found Dorset Maiden candles at the Winchester Christmas market and bought the Orange & Clove candle for my mother for Christmas. She was absolutely in love with it. For Mother's Day, I ordered the Cinnamon and Vanilla Hamper and she received it within 48 hours of me placing the order. I was so impressed at how quickly they had everything ready and had such wonderful customer service. When my mother received the hamper for Mother's Day, she was so impressed with the scent in the box and so excited to light it. The presentation really does make for a wonderful surprise as well. When you have a gift you need to send, I know you won't be disappointed with Maiden Dorset and you'll be pleased every single time.
