Skirting Online Avis

Absolutely amazing service, Rachel was so helpful and prompt in responding with all queries. Great price and fantastic delivery. Would fully recommend

THE ABSOLUTELY BESSSSSTTT PLACE TO GET YOUR SKIRTING.
I honestly cannot recommend enough! The quality of the product first of all is outstanding. We took about a year sourcing different skirting boards for our upcoming project and hands downs the quality is unmatchable. The finish of the actual product is impeccable. The Worksmanship / craft is really superb.
I got samples from other companies and i was shocked and the poor quality - these despite being primed would need to be sanded down again and painted properly.

The cost is absolutely worth every penny. Honestly don't waste your time with other companies . Even my builder when it arrived said this is brilliant.

The customer service is also excellent. I was probably a nightmare asking so many questions , but the customer service didn't sway at all. nothing was too much and the professionalism was really good .

Im so glad I took my time looking around the market but they really are the best. Sometimes you're not sure with what or who to go with but I would seriously recommend as you are not going to go wrong.

Again beautiful beautiful product , we decided to go with the stepped skirting and even when it was delivered it was immaculate condition. no scuffs , no blemishes , I was impressed.

Please trust me when i say Skirting Online is the only place you need to be.
Samples from alot of other suppliers were crap in comparison.

This is the third time I'm ordering skirting boards and architraves from this company, as a returning customer. The customer service is second to none, no doubt!

Rachel made sure I could order an older model, despite it not being available on their website and did so in record time, responding to emails in less than an hour. Everything was speedy, correct and done with a smile (probably).

I'll order again when we renovate our upstairs.

Excellent. Helpful staff. Speedy delivery. Helpful delivery person. Good quality product.

They delivery service carried the wood inside, even though I said it was fine to leave it outside. The quality of the wood is excellent, and it’s been primed very well.

I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of new skirting boards and architrave

I am writing this review three weeks after receiving my order from Skirting Online. I wanted to check the whole order and get some of it painted before I commented.
First off, I researched quite a number of Skirting providers, and I used Trustpilot to verify. It became a toss-up between two companies but, upon searching specific keywords including ‘primed’, Skirting Online seemed to be unique in that the comments surrounding were wholly positive.
Next, I made some enquiries by email and, as per other experiences on Trustpilot, I received an immediate response from Rachel – on a weekend – I would have been happy to wait :) No hard-sell at all, but Rachel was keen to ensure I had all the information I needed. Suitably reassured, I placed an order just before Christmas. Importantly, Rachel committed to get it to me before the shutdown. The delivery arrived exactly as agreed, even delivered by one of the actual machinists, top chap.
The quality is excellent. I ordered 70+ primed MDF mini bullnose boards and they arrived tightly packed to prevent damage. The priming is immaculate and has painted really well – although I am some way off of finishing yet!
End to end, the Trustpilot reviews are an accurate representation of the service, delivery and product experience I received. I would definitely recommend Skirting Online to others. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic quality of product and extremely helpful and friendly service. Will always use these guys.

We have used Skirting Online twice in quick sucession and on both occasions service and product have been excellent. Highly recommended.

The profile we chose wasn't easily available with many companies so we were delighted to find this company who supplied and delivered exactly what we wanted. The quality was excellent. It was carefully packed for delivery in site. It was delivered on time with no damage and it looks amazing in our home. We were very grateful to Rachel who worked with us answering questions and offering a competitive price for us. It was refreshing to deal with a company who were both professional and delivered exactly what we needed and treated us with courtesy. Many thanks indeed and we do not hesitate to recommend them.

If you’d like some superb skirting then here comes my pledge
Buy it from Skirtingonline because quite simply they’ve got the edge

Their website is a real treat to use as you think about making your pick
Even for me, a silver-haired-surfer, didn’t take long I was there in a click

Then there’s Rachel a real person and she’s an absolute pleasure
Nothing but courteous, professional and helpful all in equal measure

I’d describe the quality of this product as the the Rolls-Royce of its type
So go get some now and you’ll see it’s the truth and not one bit of hype

We have used skirting online to do all the skirtings in our house and would definitely recommend them. Great quality and fast delivery. I contact Rachel regarding an order and she was a great help. Thanks again

Great service! Rachel informed me when my order was ready and confirmed the delivery. Arrived in good order and with a cheerful driver who was very helpful. The only possible criticism would be the plastic wrapping round my dado rails but at least I could see all was there and in good condition. I would definitely use again and highly recommend. They have a huge choice of designs.

Another super speedy delivery from Skirting Online. Rachel is a delight to work with, understands needs change and is always responsive to my queries. The products always arrive in good condition and ready for use.

Have used Skirting Online as few times and they are great. Lots of different styles, great quality and delivery is always quick and easy - thoroughly recommend!!

I wanted some skirting that matched what we currently have. I tried all the local shops, but they didn't stock it, so I was delighted to come across Skirting Online.
The great thing about this company is that I could choose the delivery date. I was kept informed when it was dispatched, and it was delivered as promised, in a very well packaged state, by the friendliest delivery driver!

Thanks very much, Skirting Online.

Beautiful designs! I ordered architrave, skirting and trims which have all arrived on time and in perfect condition. I made the mistake of thinking 70mm would be okay and ordered that but the team contacted me to double check and I realized a larger height would have looked better! Saving me a lot of trouble. Can't recommend the team enough!

The service was excellent and Rachel was really helpful. Quick turnround and delivery on time - efficient and very helpful.

I've used this company for several projects over the year, and every time I do they always exceed my expectations. Today was no exception. What absolutely great customer service. Rang up with a self made problem on my order but they had proactively spotted it and rectified it in line with order history. Blown away. Love your customer service, it's amazing. Wonderful company.

From product selection to delivery Skirting online were excellent. I was contacted 3 days from delivery by Rachel Hillier to highlight a potential issue with my order which I made. Without this I would have not been able to fit the product and I would have wasted money. This service was unexpected but I cannot thank Rachel enough for highlighting this to me. Product is great and I would thoroughly recommend this company.
