Fantastic product and even better customer service. Delivery bang on time too. Couldn't fault anything at all.

From start to finish my experience was amazing.first with putting an order in through the website.which has an amazing layout and range of products also then calling up and speaking with Lauren who was very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with she advised me on all questions I asked and updated me on my order and delivery which turned Up exactly on time and was the perfect product to I can’t speak highly enough of the service from the guys and girls at nation skirting thank you

Received a tracking link that said delivery would be between 5-9am, I even double checked because surely no one expected me to accept a delivery at 5am. But no apparently that was correct and thats the time they start their deliveries.
Item was delivered at 4:45am.

Good quality skirting board and a delivery driver who went above and beyond by wrapping the boards in the plastic sheet we had left out in our safe place. Delivery time was at the end of the estimate shown when ordering.

Terrible product quality and appalling customer service

I ordered primed MDF skirting and architrave from National Skirting, but the finish was extremely rough across the factory-finished surfaces and edges. This was far beyond the light sanding normally expected before painting. Correcting it would require sanding the entire order so heavily that it would then need to be completely re-primed.

I purchased an equivalent product from another company and provided a side-by-side photograph clearly showing the difference in quality. Despite this evidence, National Skirting continued to dismiss the problem and insisted that I sand their unacceptable product myself.

I rejected the unused order and requested a full refund. I was told that a manager would review my complaint as a priority, but no proper response or resolution followed. My emails have now been blocked instead of my complaint being dealt with.

The products remain unused and available for collection, but no refund or collection has been arranged. I am now having to pursue the matter through my bank.

Very disappointing quality and an unacceptable way to treat a customer with a genuine, well-documented complaint. I would not recommend this company.

43 days waiting for skirting boards & they still can't provide a date for delivery!!
Staff are helpful to be fair when you contact to find out what is going on, but you can polish a turd & it is still a turd??!!
