Square MDF Skirting

Ordered around 45 metres of product, pre painted. Delivered within a week, in fantastic condition. No dints, knocks, lumps or bumps. Delivery service was great too, with a friendly driver who had kept me informed of delivery time as he got nearer to my area. Definitely the only place I’ll be buying my skirting board from in the future.

Excellent quality product. I purchased both Ogee 2 MDF unprimed architraves and skirting boards. Straight-forward ordering process. Quick delivery and attractive pricing. They have enhanced the look of our rooms and doorways. Will definitely look to order again on our next project!!

Product was top quality, primed with a smooth finish. Items in perfect condition ready to install. The Dado was particularly good, very nice design which allowed us to add panelling below. Being available in longer lengths was very helpful too as it allowed us to install without joins along the longer walls for a more seamless look. Delivery was fast, and they called in advance which was helpful. Have used Skirting R US for years, highly recommend.

Really pleased with my purchase. The skirting board was well constructed and excellent quality, especially for the price. Delivery was prompt, and communication was consistently excellent throughout the whole process, with regular updates and clear information.

The delivery driver was also very pleasant and helpful, and kindly assisted with bringing the skirting board off the delivery van.

Overall, great value for money, excellent customer service, and a very smooth experience from ordering through to delivery. I would definitely recommend them.

Skirting and Architrave

Our delivery all arrived as scheduled and we were really pleased with the product. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful too. Many thanks for good service, would definitely recommend this company and use again.

Received my order, took a while though order was not what I needed… sizes were not correct for our room… not their fault… Sent an e-mail regards sending back and getting replacements to be told these are bespoke… and I would need to re-order and pay again… note to everyone… ensure your measurements are correct as they have NO returns policy which I will investigate further as I believe I have a legal right to return within 28 days… My local Woodward have said that will cut to desired size..

Excellent product and good service. Arrived securely packaged and nicely machined, no knots to speak of. It looks really attractive now it is fitted and I'm so pleased I went for oak, the bullnose single groove is a lovely pattern.

Very, very impressed with this company, the order process was very easy, follow up emails were very clear, delivery couldn't have been easier by their delivery driver who couldn't be more helpful and the product itself was superb.
Oh and the price was the cheapest I could find/
What's not to like?

I've ordered skirting boards from this company twice before over the past couple of years with no problems. This time, however, the primer on the boards is very 'rippled', more than simple orange peel effect. You have to report issues there and then to the driver but this is difficult when they are quickly stacked on your drive and the paperwork held out for you to sign. There were a couple of chips in the edges which I noticed straight away but didn't mention to the driver as they were an easy fix. The poor priming wasn't obvious in that light but is very obvious when used. I've completed one of two rooms using the boards but it took me most of a day to try and sand them flat, though when the light catches them they still aren't smooth. I would expect to have to do some sanding but this was ridiculous.
ADDED- Having put on the review I was contacted by the company and asked to supply photos, which I did. They kindly offered to exchange the unused boards. This was done quickly. So customer service was good, and no arguments once they saw the photos.

The skirtings/architrave are good quality and easy to install. I went for ‘London’ profile primed and it is amazing to paint over.

I ordered a large amount of Victorian Skirtings and Architrave which arrived absolutely on time and primed.
After another couple of topcoats and fitting, they have put the finishing touches to my living room/diner.

Ordered for more than 400 gbp skirting as the first time, the boards were excellent. This time many boards arrived damaged and I had to cut out all those parts. The delivery driver took photos and i contacted them twice
To ask for replacement or at least a refund. Totally ignored by their customer service - no response despite email and phone contact. I cannot recommend them as when all goes well the product itself is of great quality but if you have some issues, they just ignore you.

Mark was very helpful. Tried to call me in advance to notify me he was coming (albeit I missed his call!) and helped with bringing my order inside.
