Great customer service and brilliant skirting boards.

After some issues with delivery (not Skirting Kings' fault), they immediately refunded the premium delivery.

Boards also arrived damaged (again likely the shipping companies fault), having shown evidence skirting king refunded those boards, without hestitation.

I would definitely recommend.

Skirting arrived within time frame...please remember it's working days. Finish of skirting (primed) very poor. I would not recommend.

This is an excellent company who go that little bit extra to ensure you get a professional service. John Philips was extremely helpful and the factory supplies many other MDF and wood items which I found very interesting. Definitely would use again

Following a fault on one of the boards and a delay (on my part) with informing you, a replacement was sent free of charge. Given the delay with informing you, I didn’t expect this. Thank you very much and I will definitely order again.

Great selection of skirting and mouldings was the first reason for visiting the site and then found what I was looking for quickly, which was a suprise as I have an old Victorian Home and matching new mouldings to the original can be difficult. Once selected breezed through the order process and delivery lead times good. I did speak to customer service about another matter and extremely helpful and informative showing the depth of knowledge. Highly recommend for the DIYer and don't be put off making contact as support and seasoned advise is there at no extra charge.

Delivery 5 days delay , person who i talk to need to go for costumer service course and skirtings they had a defect .

Great service. Great product. Made big order, but slightly under estimated need. As what was needed was under de min order contacted them and they agreed to send another board out at a fair price.
