Our team is responsive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond at every opportunity. We are also certified to BSI ISO 27001, 20000, 14001, and 9001. We are listening, asking relevant questions and being flexible, agile and easy to do business with whilst consistently applying innovative thinking and best practices.

A gem in the MSP market

We've worked with Managed247 for just over three years, on an MSP contract as well as one off projects and have just renewed for a further three year MSP contract.

A true gem in the MSP market, without exception all the Managed247 team are a pleasure to deal with, professional and all go the extra mile to ensure customers are fully supported. Including OOH and weekends.

As well as an MSP agreement we also procure licenses for key systems via Managed247 and they work hard each year to ensure best renewal pricing for us.

Applied for sys admin

Applied for a job here, heard absolutely nothing back even though they claim to only take a day to respond. Literally zero acknowledgement of application.

It's 2025, communication is paramount and no one, no matter their position is too busy to write email or reach out.

I usually request feedback on my applications when unsuccessful however I doubt they would be capable of such a request given the poor communication skills.

The absolute lack of courtesy is very telling at this stage, if they treat potential employees with such disregard then I highly doubt being employed will net any additional respect.

After reviewing our records, we can see that you applied for the IT Administrator role via Indeed on the afternoon of Friday, 28th February 2025, and withdrew your application on the morning of Wednesday, 5th March 2025.

The Indeed system indicates that an automated confirmation email was sent upon application and a follow-up acknowledgement when you withdrew. However, we understand that this may not have met your expectations in terms of personal engagement.

As a company, we take great care in reviewing all applications, as we are committed to hand-picking the very best candidates who align with our high standards. This means we carefully assess each application rather than rushing through responses.

That said, we recognise that Indeed’s default messaging, which states that we “typically respond within one day,” may have unintentionally set an expectation that we could not always meet.

Had a new starter and needed quick help…

Had a new starter and needed quick help getting them setup in the right group. It took less than a minute to the it service desk. Great service and always reliable day and night for it support issues.

Mithun Sasidharan from managed has always given the quickest possible solution to IT issues. this particular case was complicated and Mihun understood the issue quickly and tried everything including reaching out to 3rd party to resolve the issue.

Amazing service and speedy response!

I find every time i call Managed IT they are super friendly and helpful seen as i know very little with IT related issues. My computer has had battery issues which put my date/time out of sync and had to call daily which was time consuming but every time i called first thing at 7am Tris was always happy to help set me up for my day until my new laptop arrived! would def recommend - amazing service

5 star service

Great service from Bradley Boardman, computer detected a virus and blocked it and sent a message to managed who the rescanned my computer to check that both my laptop and company were safe. Quick and efficient service.

Great service

Great service, straight to the point with no fuss. My issue was logged in minutes and the team accessed my computer within 30 minutes, I was away from my desk at that time so when I returned they got in touch and arranged a mutually agreed time which was within the hour. Credit to Tris Parker..
