My wife and I had no experience of estate agents in the Cross Gates Leeds area. We decided to use Manning Stainton to sell our house. The sale has taken place. We have been very pleased with Manning Stainton as all the members of staff have been helpful, knowledgeable and courteous and we received a number of potential buyers. We recommend them.

Great service received from Natalie at the Crossgates office. Totally on the ball with regular progress updates, communication was excellent and the whole sale process was super smooth.
I'd highly recommend using this branch, my sale took 10 weeks from start to finish. In this day an age it was amazing. I'd definitely use them again. Thank you!

We had a smooth experience selling with Manning Stainton Crossgates. It is certainly true that buying and selling a home is a very stressful experience but they made it as stress free and easy to navigate as was possible. Jacob took us through the sales process smoothly and valued and listed our house and then handed us over to Natalie who was really helpful and a good point of contact when dealing with offers. Once the offer was in we were handed over to Joanne for the rest of the process and she was great -very responsive to any query and excellent at chasing up all parties in the process in a calm manner. I would highly recommend Manning Stainton.

Just had a viewing with Dave. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable re the area, very helpful and gives fab advice. If you're wanting to view a property ask for Dave on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I know I'm going to !!

A long time ago, a long long time go you promised to sell my home. What took you so long ?
To be fair, you actually sold it four times but other people & their broken chains were the problem !!

I want to thank all the Branch team involved during the long process & Move Manager Joanne for the work you all put in to get there in the end. Despite having to put up with a naive first time seller & his never ending questions you were always happy & kept me fully up to date. I especially appreciated the calls saying 'we have no extra news yet, but we have not forgotten you'.

Thank you, Graham Anderson

Lovely estate agent, on time. Garden could have done with a bit of a tidy as it was a bit off putting. Hard to grasp the reality of how lovely it could be. But inside is very spacious. One bedroom’s decor debatable but nothing that can’t be changed.

We had a great experience purchasing our first home with Manning Stainton! Danielle supported us at every step; she is always quick to reply, kind and helpful.

Lesley Robinson came and did a valuation on my property. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful thought out. The whole process was straightforward and easy. Thank you!

I would like to thank eveyrone involved for my mums house sale from Manning Stainton, very helpful and always there if you had any questions, helped make the process a lot easier.

The best agent and all the staff is brilliant very helpful

The team were really friendly, with great communication throughout the whole process as a first time buyer. The sales team helped through the first steps without any issues, eventually passing on to the first-class move managers. Joanne & team were wonderful throughout the whole time, making sure that all sides were well-informed at all points of the buying process. Amazing service. Would recommend.

Attentive team from the initial enquiry regarding both the sale of my property and the purchase of another property. Professionalism with the valuation, taking of photographs, feedback on viewings of my property. Then once sale and purchase was agreed help with liaising and chasing solicitors' actions. The team were always quick to respond to my queries.

Really friendly team, professional service, special thanks to Tyler and Danielle and also Lesley the office manager. I was kept up to date and the sale went through smoothly. Also a special thanks to Charlotte at head office for negotiating the final stages too. Everyone was very helpful and supportive from booking viewings through to the completion. Thanks

It was a good experience overall.
My estate agents were very professional.

Keeping me up to date with everything

I recently sold my property through the branch at crossgates and from start to finish it was a fantastic, stress free experience. From the invalution with Jacob, to completion of sale with Joanne the communication and service was impeccable. I was always informed of the viewing appointments and then the feedback provided after the viewings. Once an offer was made Joanne was constantly keeping me informed on the progress of the sale and in a lot less time then expected the sale completed. I used the conveyancing solicitor that Manning Stainton suggest - Conveyancing Home and they were fantastic too. The full team at this branch are excellent and extremely helpful at all times. I can highly recommend selling or buying a property with Manning Stainton Crossgates branch.

Excellent service throughout . Exceptional care taken at each stage of the process. Achieved a better purchase price than the highest estimated value suggested by two other estate agents. They were proactive and helpful through the process and provided regular updates so we didn’t need to chase them up. Helpful, knowledgeable friendly staff. Happy to recommend .

I have good experience and very co-operative
