I cannot fault the service from Manning Stainton. From beginning to end their service has been efficient, helpful and professional. Joanne was my moving manager and she kept me up to date with the progress of the sale, it so much easier have a dedicated contact rather than speaking to a different member of staff each time I phoned. Great experience.

Natalie Adkin and Megan Hirst at the Crossgates Branch looked after the sale of our property. Moving house is such a stressful event to go through but Natalie, Megan, and the rest of the team made it so much easier. As a naturally anxious person I was so worried about every step we took....from Valuation, to viewings, to the sale, to completion, but the Crossgates team (Especially Megan as she handled a lot of my queries) were very patient and understanding with us and always provided us with updates/responses as soon as possible. Recently had 2 viewings on a property in Leeds and can't rate Ian from the Crossgates branch enough. He made us feel comfortable during the initial viewing, so much that we hoped it would be him welcoming us at the second viewing. And it was. From start to finish Mannings have been a pleasure to deal with. Prompt replies to queries and very professional in every respect.
