We used Manning Stainton (Guiseley) for the first time, due to the locality of the property we had for sale.
We have found them to be very professional, with regular updates, and certainly knowledgeable about the area.
Their website also keeps you updated about the number of online 'hits' it has received, as well as detailed info about upcoming viewings etc.
We would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone wanting to sell in that area.

Aimee was an absolute delight, she understood what we were looking for and helped in everyway she could, even allowed us to view the property a few times to take measurements etc. The sales process was very smooth as Lauren would call and check in a few times a week and was pro-actively pushing the sale along and this enabled us to complete in 7 weeks!!
